Not all who say, "Lord, Lord," will enter the kingdom of heaven!

President Obama is invoking the name of Jesus these days. At an Albuquerque town hall on Tuesday he claimed that the teachings of Jesus inspired him in his life of public service. Moving on.... he defended killing Christ's babies. Obama's words about following Christ,  "the precepts of Jesus Christ spoke to me in terms of the kind of life that I would want to lead - being my brothers’ and sisters’ keeper, treating others as they would treat me," are a clanging cymbal set against his actions.

And in fact a question or two after making his Jesus statement, he defended abortion using Bill Clinton's appalling word game that he wanted to make abortion "safe, legal, and rare."

Actions speak louder than words and Obama's actions are for murdering babies even in the last moments before birth. As an Illinois senator he voted in favor of the gruesome partial birth abortion procedure and even voted against providing life support for babies born alive. Hey, if mom and dad want you dead.... And abortionists donate bigtime to liberal politics. Can't offend them!

President Obama has a 100% record of voting to make abortion unsafe, legal in all circumstances, and widespread at home, abroad, on military bases, etc. Is that how one acts as "my brothers' and sisters' keepers?" Only if you run a funeral parlor!

The people are rejecting Obama and his agenda. His promises of "hope and change" were nothing but campaign rhetoric to fool the masses with a glittering message in Hollywood lights. Actually, he meant it bigtime, but not in the way people thought. His hope and change don't match what most Americans want.

But, as the saying goes, "You can't fool all of the people all of the time," and many people are waking up. The peasants with pitchforks are on the march and elitists like Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid who have nothing but disdain for the sweating hoi- poloi, (Remember Reid's comment, "You can literally smell the tourists coming into the Capitol"), are in trouble. Reid's insulting comment, coming from a man who has spent most of his adult life in politics, is not surprising. Has he ever done an honest day's hard work in his life? Oh, I forgot, he's "a public servant." (Sorry if you spit out your coffee reading that.) The elites serve themselves. How else can one explain that so many make a fortune in politics?

Pray for President Obama and all the political elite who have convinced themselves that they are above the law, both man's and, more terrifying, God's. There is a judgment coming for all of us. I would not want to be Obama or any pro-abortion politician staring at a jury box filled with his little brothers and sisters who would have to bring in a verdict of guilty on all charges against life.

As the Blessed Mother said at Fatima and Kibeho and in many other apparitions, "repent, repent, repent." Let's all examine our consciences every day and accuse ourselves of our sins and repent so that on the day of judgment the evil accuser will have nothing left in his arsenal with which to accuse us.

"O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended thee...."

  1. Excellent piece. I might write something along the same lines as Obama is manipulating Christian and religious themes to advance his culture of death, dependency and corruption. BTW, I am also from the Arch. of Washington, DC - in case you want to list my blog - http://www.divine-ripples.blogspot.com/

    Thanks and God bless,
