My husband and I have been drinking raw milk since we moved out to the country. We own a share in the cow and pay the farmer a milking fee. We've been to the farm and seen the operation and trust this family's handling of their product implicitly. Their operation is likely cleaner than the local dairy farm down the street. We're getting milk from grass fed cows that aren't injected with hormones and antibiotics. Now exactly what business is it of the government to tell me we can't buy and drink this milk?
Aww c'mon! Don't you know that we conservatives "who cling to guns and religion" are knuckle-dragging neanderthals? We are the Great Unwashed who need Big Brother to tell us what to eat, drink and think!
