Whatsoever you do to the least of these..........
The Democrat Party is the party of death.  Pretty harsh words.  Words that would be vehemently denied by Democrats.  They are nonetheless  true.

The number of quotes I could mention from prominent Democrats which reveal this is probably endless, but here are a few that come to mind.  The first is from Nancy Pelosi, an unapologetic dissenting Catholic who said,

“I think that, so many times, white — non-college-educated white males have voted Republican. They voted against their own economic interests because of guns, because of gays, and because of God, the three G’s, God being the woman’s right to choose."

Evidence Mounts that Neonicotinoids are Killing Honeybees

As a beekeeper, I'm really concerned about this. You should be too. Honeybees aren't the only pollinator but some crops, like almonds, are almost 100% dependent on honeybees. So if you care about the food you eat, you need to care about honeybees.

I'm especially grateful for the sleep help honey offers to insomniacs like me. I didn't mean to be an experiment, but I am.

Fr. Tom Laments the Pope's Penchant for Apology

I apologize for all that rigid doctrine you learned in seminary.
It is sad that Pope Francis seems to be apologizing to all sorts of heretics and perverts for the Church’s past “sins" of warning them of the dangers of sin and calling them to repentance. But sadly, it seems that no similar apology is to be given to the Eucharistic Christ for the many unrepented sins of sacrilege, blasphemy and indifference, which are compounded so often by those who insist that they have a “right” to receive Him in Holy Communion in a state of objectively grave sin.

I wonder whether the apologies will be expanded to those who “sincerely” and prophetically” wanted to help initiate children into the joys of sexual intimacy.

Quito, Ecuador

Quito, Ecuador
Our family recently returned from 10 days in Ecuador, a beautiful, clean and safe country. Round trip air fare directly from Ft Lauderdale to Quito is $338.00. Ecuador uses the Dollar so there is no monetary exchange, but the Dollar goes farther in Ecuador than in the US. Voltage is the same so one can charge cell phones and cameras, and use of laptops and IPads is convenient in all of Ecuador with their country wide free Wi-Fi.

That Ecuador is 85% Catholic is obvious. Catholic churches are everywhere (more about those in a few days), rosaries hang from taxi rear view mirrors with Divine Mercy stickers on windshields. Public busses likewise bear testimony to the Catholic Faith with Jesus painted on one side of the front of the bus, the Blessed Mother on the other. However the strongest example of Catholic visibility is the enormous amount of large families, children, pregnant mothers and young couples.

Leaving on Retreat Today: Life is Hard, Treat it with Prayer

My annual five-day silent Ignatian retreat using the Spiritual Exercises begins this evening so I will be pulling the plug on all my gadgets: no phone, no computer, no TV, no social media -- just five blissful days with the Lord and St. Ignatius. It's a great week to go since we celebrate the feasts of St. Peter and Paul and St. Irenaeus, one of the Fathers of the Church. I will be in their spiritual company.

Know that I'll be praying for all of my family, friends, and those who read my newsletter and blog whether you are fan or foe.

Will You and I Smile Like this at the Hour of Our Death?

I sure hope I will. Death is the threshold of the Heavenly Jerusalem or the threshold of hell. When we walk through that door we will enter our final destination for all eternity. Where are you headed? Where am I? It's a good question to ask every night before you go to bed. If I die tonight, Lord, will I be with you or with the evil one?

Sr. Cecilia, a carmelite nun dies with big smile on her face

Will we smile like Sr. Cecilia or look like this:

Another Abortion Horror Story; Another Abortionist Quits

Hmm...and what should we make of this? More "gay" affirmation from Pope Francis.

A book of pro-gay homilies? Can't wait to use it!
Dutch priest jubilant after giving Pope Francis book of pro-gay homilies.

Here's what the article tells us about the priest, Fr. Jan van Kilsdank, S.J. who wrote the homilies which were compiled into a book by Fr. Pierre Valkering who presented it to the pope:
[Fr. van Kilsdank] became well-known on the gay night scene in Amsterdam and personally accompanied some 200 young AIDS sufferers to their deaths, with a great deal of warmth and pastoral care. There is nothing wrong with that; on the contrary. But Van Kilsdonk went a great deal beyond that, justifying their lifestyle and berating the Church for its lack of openness to their tendencies.

Reflections on Great Britain's Vote to Exit the EU

Philip and the Ethiopan: "Let him who has ears to hear, hear."
Please welcome my friend and colleague Chriss Rainey to the Les Femmes team. This is her first contribution as a contributor and since she isn't comfortable posting yet, I'm doing it for her. I look forward to her thoughts and opinions on a wide range of issues that affect Catholics.

Who will lead them?
by Chriss Rainey

I watched the news last night as the votes came in across Great Britain. By 11 PM I realized that in England most people were asleep and had gone to bed not knowing the outcome of this world changing referendum. Many who wanted to stay in the socialist EU woke up SHOCKED this morning. They had fooled themselves into believing they could demonize people and shame them into taking a position contrary to what they truly believe. Polls on election day indicated that the REMAIN contingent would win but, what the polls didn't take into account was the fact people were intent on following their heartfelt convictions even if they were "politically incorrect."

Brexit Wins: Britain's Declaration of Independence!

"Take away wickedness from the face of the king,
and his throne shall be established with justice." Prov 25:5
The new world order globalists are wringing their hands today over Britain leaving the European Union. Maybe nothing will really change, but the vote means government is back in the hands of the people. Let's hope they deserve it.

The vote accords with Catholic teaching on subsidiarity. Should decisions about what happens in Britain be decided by a global elite in Brussels or by the people most impacted by decisions?

Supreme Court Tie Blocks Amnesty...

...which means the current policy stands -- for now.

The vote also illustrates what's at stake in the upcoming presidential election. I respect many of the people who say they will NEVER vote for Trump, but I strongly disagree with them. The next president will likely name several justices to the Supreme Court as well as dozens or even hundreds to the federal system.

Multiple Vaccines Given at One Time are Dangerous...

...and even fatal.
Excerpt from the article:
Half a million adverse events have been reported in association with vaccines in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), which is run by the FDA and the CDC.
That statistic is pretty shocking, but the fact that 5.4 percent of these reactions in children getting five or more vaccines concurrently were fatal is completely unforgivable. Now, medical research journalist Neil Z. Miller is warning parents that the practice of administering multiple vaccines in one visit is unsafe and can even be deadly.

Earth to Pope Francis: "Woe to Those Who Call Good Evil and Evil Good."

Get this straight you stinky sheep: If you're married, you're
not really married;  but if you're living together you're married
and have all the graces of the sacrament you rejected. Got it?
"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil, who change darkness into light, and light into darkness, who change bitter into sweet, and sweet into bitter!" (Isaiah 5:20)

Let's see if I've got this right. Pope Francis said the other day during a Q & A session that the "great part of our sacramental marriages are null.”  On the other hand, he declared himself "sure that cohabitating couples are in a true marriage having the grace of marriage.”

So...to sum up...most of those who marry in the Church aren't really married after all; but those who live together without benefit of marriage are the one's who are really married. Huh? All I can say, is that sure sounds like a modernist Jesuit -- one who is busy as a termite undermining the faith.

"Be Merciful, O Lord, for We Have Sinned." (Psalm 106)

Ahab and Jezebel plot to murder Naboth for his vineyard.
The people suffer when the leaders are evil.
The Old Testament is filled with stories of the collective punishment of God's people for the collective sins of the nation. Moses and his band were condemned to wander in the desert for 40 years because of the people's muttering and complaining. Those who were faithful suffered along with the guilty.

Have you seen the bumper sticker, "America, Bless God?" It makes a lot more sense than "God Bless America." In fact, a people honoring and blessing God is often a prerequisite for receiving God's blessings. Read John's letters to the churches in Revelation. "I hold this against you, though: you have turned aside from your early love...I know the reputation you have of being alive, when in fact you are dead!....I know your deeds; I know you are neither hot nor cold." Would Jesus look upon us and praise us saying "I know you hold fast to my name and have not denied the faith you have in me?" as the spirit says about the church in Pergamum? Somehow I doubt it.

Children & Grandchildren of Abortion Business Owner Die in Plane Crash Near Monument to the Unborn!

The Feldkamp's daughter Amy and family
I missed this event when it happened in 2009, but it bears telling again. When I read the article it gave me chills and brought tears to my eyes for the loss of those precious innocent ones who remind me of my own grandbabies. Here are the facts from the article:
The crash involved two daughters of a prominent California abortion business owner, Irving "Bud" Feldkamp, and their families. Feldkamp owns the Family Planning Associates abortion business he purchased four years ago....his 17 FPA abortion centers do more abortions in the state of California than Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion business.
Their plane went down on Sunday killing daughters Vanessa and Amy, two of Feldkamp’s sons-in-law, five grandchildren, the pilot and four family friends.

Sunday Meditation: Want to Terrify the Devil?

Follow this advice from Fr. Gerard Saguto, FSSP

"It has become evident that we cannot all just get along -- and maybe that is a good thing -- but how we don't get along is very important. We do not go lopping off heads; rather, with firmness of faith, we go to the Cross and profess unashamedly the divine identity of the Crucified, ready to absorb what comes in a charitable effort to evangelize those steeped in the darkness of Islam and every other false religion. Always remember: the weapons of Christianity -- devout prayer, penance, the Rosary, and (most especially) the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass --- wage more terror in hell than a bomb does in an airport....No prayer, no sacrifice goes unremarked by our merciful Father in heaven.

What do you do to veg out? I write poems for my grandkids.

Here's the latest.

A Poem for All My Little Bird Watchers

Cardinals and sparrows don't share well.
I was cleaning off my desk today and came across a poem I obviously started when I was recovering from my rotator cuff surgery. How could I tell? Easy. I obviously wrote it with my left hand when I wasn't allowed to move my right arm -- at least the beginning. I apparently added some stanzas later after I could lift my arm and use my right hand again.

I truly enjoy writing little poems for my grandkids. This one is about the birds that come to my feeder. How I love them. We took the feeders down for the summer. We start to attract bears in the late spring and that means they have to go. We don't want any bears near our bee hives! Read more here...

Fr. Tom Collins Raises Questions Growing Out of Amoris Laetitia

Is Pope Francis a Beatles fan?
I'm always interested in what Fr. Tom has to say since he sees things clearly according to the perennial, unchanging doctrine of the Catholic Church. I also know him to be a man of prayer and integrity. So, listen up, folks.

Realizing that a majority of people will not give Amoris Laetitia the careful discerning attention requested by Pope Francis, below are some questions that may be raised through a perfunctory (politically correct) reading of that apostolic exhortation as a sign of the continuing “evolution” of Church teaching:

When the State Kidnaps Babies, Follow the Money!

Teen Mom Rejects Abortion After Rape, Now Child Protective Services Has Taken Her Baby

Why? There was no evidence of abuse. The teenager and her twin brother are under the legal guardianship of their grandparents. The home was inspected and found to be a safe place. So what goes on here?

Simple! Child Protective Services (CPS) or the Department of Human Resources (DHR) sees a vulnerable situation with dollar signs all over it. Most social workers have a liberal bias. Parents who are pro-life or home school or follow an alternate vaccination plan are immediately suspect in their eyes. In this case, they don't see a beautiful, brave teenager who chose life rather than abortion. Nope! They see a foolish young teen who is incompetent to care for a baby she should have aborted and for them it's an opportunity to fill the coffers of CPS. And, hey, maybe they can place a highly desired white baby in a same sex household. Dontcha know children are better off with homosexual parents than with their biological mothers and grandparents.

Canon Lawyer Ed Peters Weighs in on Recent Papal Statements!

“For an infant to be baptized licitly … there must be a founded
hope that the infant will be brought up in the Catholic religion."
Canon 868
And calls the pope's comment about most sacramental marriages being null "very bad." He also says delaying the sacrament of Baptism is sometimes used by priests to assist the parents toward "improving their ecclesial situation" and that he's never known of a priest to deny the sacrament only because a mother was unwed. Our pope may talk about mercy but his unmerciful actions speak louder than his words.

The great majority of Christian marriages are valid

And then there was the pope's calling priests who delay baptism "animals."

Did Federal Policies about Muslims Prevent FBI and BATF Action?

Omar Mateen: What does a terrorist look like?
Who's really to blame for the Orlando shooting? Obviously the shooter, but there was clear evidence he was cooking up a big deal violent event. Was it preventable. though? Maybe not.

The FBI alerted!

Several weeks before the shooting Mateen was engaged in suspicious activity trying to buy body armor, but the store owner and bulk ammo. The store didn't get his name because they refused to sell him anything and apparently surveillance footage wasn't good enough for facial recognition.

Good Grief, Charlie Brown: Pope Francis Imitates Lucy Once Again...

...pulling that football out from under us!

Pope Francis Suggests Most Catholic Marriages are Invalid!

Once again the pope, in an impromptu comment, throws the faithful for a loop with his confusion and ambiguity. Here's what he said yesterday during a Q & A session:
I heard a bishop say some months ago that he met a boy that had finished his university studies, and said ‘I want to become a priest, but only for 10 years.’ It’s the culture of the provisional. And this happens everywhere, also in priestly life, in religious life,” he said.

Liberal Bishops Use Orlando Shooting to Promote LIberal Agenda

Does the Catholic Church "breed contempt for gays" or do
Catholic bishops breed contempt for the faithful? Bishops
McElroy & Lynch, and AB Cupich use shooting to promote
liberal agenda and say NOTHING about Islamic violence.

A number of Catholic bishops have been using the Orlando shooting to promote the liberal, politically correct agenda: attacking Catholics for "anti-gay prejudice," promoting gun control, and saying nary a word about the violence of Islam. Robert Lynch was the most outrageous blaming the Catholic faith for fomenting hatred against gays. His fulmination should be challenged. And so I'm posting in toto a message from Catholic Vote forwarded to me from a friend. It includes contact information for the bishop at the end. I hope everyone reading this will take the opportunity to send Bishop Lynch a (civil) letter or email.

W.C. Fields in a Roman Collar: Will the real Bishop Lynch Please Stand Up!

Bishop Lynch or WCF?
W.C. Fields or BL?
Bishop Robert Lynch blames Catholic for Orlando Massacre

Lynch is notorious for his homosexual proclivities, his enabling Terri Schiavo's murder, his suppression of Eucharistic Adoration in his diocese, and his steering millions in diocesan contracts to his buddies. And now he has the audacity to blame Catholics for a Muslim terrorist attack. The man has no shame!

That Lynch is retiring is a blessing, that he should have been removed as a wolf in sheep's clothing is obvious, that he will continue ministering in retirement is probable.

If I were in that diocese I would urge our adult children to keep our grandchildren as far away from him as possible. It appears to me that Lynch illustrates the same attitude toward people that Fields did when he said, "Never give a sucker an even break." To the Florida "shepherd," the people in the pews were just patsies providing him income to pay off lawsuits for homosexual predator priests whose activities he covered up and to keep him living in the style to which he'd become accustomed.

Good-bye, Bishop Lynch. Please have the decency to go quietly into the night where you might consider repenting of all the damage you've done to Holy Mother Church. You've embarrassed us long enough. (N.B. Apologies to W.C. Fields)

Medical Terrorism: Targeting the Vulnerable

The news is filled with articles and commentary on the terrible terrorist attack in Orlando where
dozens were murdered by an Islamic gunman. We all grieve for the senseless killings. But who is grieving for the deliberate killings that go on every day in hospitals and medical centers. Among the worst are those that masquerade as compassion. Here's one case going on right now where a little two-year-old has been targeted for death. If they can't get her for her organs they'll make their diagnosis of brain "death" become a reality. God help us with health providers like these.

Judge rules OK to stop ventilator for 10 minutes
"Mirranda Lawson is a two-year-old girl who choked on popcorn about one month ago (May 11). Within a few days the doctors and hospital were presenting to the parents that Mirranda was "brain dead." However, they could not confirm "brain death" without doing the crucial and lethal apnea test." Read more....

Proof that Liberals are Nuts: ACLU Lawyer Blames Christians for Muslim Murders

ACLU Lawyer: The Christians Made Him Do It!

Remember that old saying, "The devil made me do it." Well, an attorney, Chase Strangio, who heads the ACLU's LGBT and AIDs project has a new twist on the old motto. Blame the Christian Right. They made the Muslim do it! This is so ridiculous it's laughable, but it is consistent with the strategy of homosexual activism, jamming, which turns the target into a figure to be deplored by constantly attacking him as filled with hatred and homophobia. Any time a homosexual is injured, target that most hated of enemies, Christians.

Sorry, Chase, but this just makes you look stupid and ridiculous. Muslim countries execute homosexuals. Shooting up a gay club is completely consistent with their beliefs. Christians, on the other hand, follow Jesus' Sermon on the Mount. They "love their enemies and do good to those that hate" them. They also are tolerant except when the intolerant bent on forcing evil on everybody pass laws that target their beliefs. The only person a liberal will tolerate is someone who agrees with him. So keep up the blather because it just illustrates once more that liberals are intolerant nuts!

A Simple and Beautiful Catholic Life

As you listen to the Four Lads from 61 years ago sing Moments to Remember in 1955 LOOK at the video pictures of this beautiful CATHOLIC family. The Sacrament of Holy Matrimony, First Holy Communion, a new birthday bicycle, birth of children, Christmas, Catholic school uniforms, and a Catholic school play with a child dressed as St Therese of Lisieux, vacations, family gatherings, graduations, anniversaries, marriage of children, birth of grandchildren.

Gay Orlando

Omar Mateen, mass murderer
Once again the "religion of peace" proves that that statement is a lie.  When will the West ever ever wake up?  Omar Mateen, a Muslim, orchestrated the largest mass murder in US history just hours ago at Orlando's gay nightclub Pulse when he opened fire killing 50 people inside the club and injuring more. Read here.

Photos of the inside of the club (from the internet before the shooting) could not be posted here on Les Femmes in good conscience since most of them on Google images were pictures of naked men.

Is Pope Francis Helping the Great Replacement?

Is Pope Francis indifferent to the suppression of Christianity in Islamic countries and therefore thinks somehow that never will happen in Europe? Does he believe that Christianity and Islam can live side by side? He chose Muslims over Christians to bring back into Rome in April, therefore is he part of the Great Replacement ideology like that of the EU? The article below from June 9th on galliawatch.blogspot.com is fascinating.

Here is a response (posted 2 days ago) from Bat Ye'or to Christine Tasin, founder of Résistance Républicaine, concerning the Great Replacement that is now threatening to extinguish our Greco-Roman-Judeo-Christian civilization. I have not had time to read Christine's original article in which she explains to Front National vice-president Florian Philippot that the Great Replacement is not a conspiracy, i.e., a fantasy, but a reality.

Can there be such a thing as a "two-headed" papacy?

I think this article by David Martin is fascinating. What do you think? We are certainly living in strange times!

Collegial Papacy Undermining Primacy of Pope
by David Martin

In the wake of all the turmoil and confusion that has plagued the papacy since Benedict XVI resigned in February 2013, a Vatican Archbishop has inadvertently shed light on the situation, saying there was already a plan in the works to expand the Petrine ministry to something new.

In a revealing speech at a May 20 book launch in Rome, Archbishop Georg Gänswein who serves as prefect of the Pontifical Household reflected on what he saw as a new development of the papacy, and offered comments on Benedict’s resignation. "Before and after his resignation, Pope Benedict has viewed his task as participation in the papal ministry," Gänswein said.

News media quoted the archbishop as saying that Benedict never abandoned the Petrine ministry, but has now "built a personal office with a collegial and synodal dimension, almost a communal ministry." Gänswein explained the reformed papacy, saying there are "not two popes but de facto an expanded ministry, with an active member and a contemplative member."

A Visit to Noah's Ark, a testament to the truth of creation!

Johan Huiber with his replica of Noah's Ark
I stumbled upon a video on YouTube yesterday about a rich Dutch carpenter, Johan Huiber,  who dreamed that Holland was inundated by a flood. It inspired him to build an ark almost single handedly. The first ark he made was a smaller replica, but then he decided to build another according to the biblical dimensions in Genesis. And the plan is to take it to Rio for the Olympics. Here's a video about the project which five men accomplished building it by hand.

Topsy and Tuptim Do New York with St. Benedict

On the Ferry to the Statue of Liberty, Topsy and Tuptim discuss the recent policy in NYC requiring that all bathrooms and locker rooms in city buildings be open to transgenders to use according to their personal gender identity.

Tuptim: (Standing at the railing watching the Lady with the Lamp draw closer) I wanted to see the Statue of Liberty one more time and remember what the country used to be like when our immigrant ancestors came through Ellis Island.

Know Your Rights: School Can't Stop Your Child from Sharing Bible Verses

This story is one more demonstration of the overreach of the government.

School sends sheriff to order child to stop sharing Bible verses

Don't take this lying down. I once had a school send a cop to tell me on election day that I couldn't have a table with a pro-life display. I had fetal models and brochures about abortion. I took things down and went home and called Jay Sekulow's group, the American Center for Law and Justice. Within an hour I had a phone call from school apologizing and telling me I was within my legal rights and they would not interfere again.

If we don't fight for our rights we'll lose them. Hmmm....maybe in November I'll put up a table. I haven't had a good confrontation in a long time.

Parents, Watch Out What You Sign! Don't Sign the Refusal to Vaccinate Form

Parents, Don't EVER Sign the Refusal to Vaccinate Form.

It can be used to take away your children. Most parents aren't against all vaccines. Many just want to spread them out so their babies' immune systems aren't overwhelmed. But this form was designed to make it possible to remove your children from your care due to parental negligence. Read the twelve reasons no parent should EVER sign this form.

Before your children are vaccinated, ask for the insert that comes with the vaccination. Read the risks. Be your child's advocate. Some vaccines may be contraindicated for children who have established health problems.

NYC's Genders 21-31...and counting

St Peter points the way to Heaven...
Manhattan Island = Fantasy Island where people guided by Mayor Bill de Blasio live in a fantasy world offshore of reality – sometimes quite far offshore where the mind lives and operates far far away from God.

In his book, Reflections on Augustine’s Search for God, Father Donald X. Burt, O.S.A., explains that "the darkness of absence (the nothingness that comes from the denial of God and Truth) is a terrible event in anyone’s life but it is not as hazardous to our spiritual health as the darkness of presence, the darkness of a life lived by false light

"Such a condition is like living a life of fantasy in the comforting half-light of a movie theatre. The blazing light of reality in broad daylight is too much. We scream in agony, cover our eyes and rush back into the comforting darkness inside. Rejoicing in the dim light bathing our dull life, we wish for nothing further."

The Argument over Brain Death Gets Hot! To Smother or not to Smother with the Apnea Test!

Apnea test helped to kill him.
A number of people commented on my post about Israel Stinson basically calling me an ignorant know-nothing who doesn't have a clue about the brain death diagnosis. Well, I'm not a doctor or scientist, but I've been present with three people as they were dying when they're hearts stopped, they stopped breathing, and became cold and white. I know what death looks like. More than that, I've lived long enough to see the disrespect for those who are "unwanted" or lack the "quality of life" someone else deems necessary for them to have value. So I wasn't too impressed with those commenting who claim to have the qualifications to know better than Dr. Paul Byrne and other physicians raising serious question about brain death criteria.

One of the issues raised on the post was the use of the apnea test which one man claimed was completely benign. Well, Dr. Byrne says not and so does Dr. John Shea, MD, FRCP who wrote Organ Donation: The Inconvenient Truth which includes this description of the apnea test:

Listen to Radio Maria today for Information on Brain Death

Zack Dunlap: declared brain dead, he fully recovered.
I received this message today from Radio Maria. I urge you to listen to the show. Educate yourself for the sake of yourself and your loved ones.

Dear Friends of Radio Maria and One More Soul,

On May 3rd, Dr Paul Byrne, MD, neonatologist and expert on "brain death" gave us an introductory course on the connection between a "brain death" diagnosis and the organ donation/transplant industry. Dr Paul is the founder of the Life Guardian Foundation (lifeguardianfoundation.org) where you will find information and resources to help save a life.

NYC's Genders 11-21

Et tu, Benedict Cumberbatch?!
God wrote male or female into our DNA genetic code like the Ten Commandments were written by His finger on Moses’ two tablets of stone – fixed, permanent and forever. Simply put, examined DNA will instantly reveal to any scientist that a particular human person is male or female.

Yet, even though the sex of a child is fixed at the instant of conception through the paired XY (male) or XX (female) twenty third chromosomes, New York City’s mayor Bill de Blasio is furthering the Communist Party's agenda of gender equality with his official recognition of 31 genders of people, 29 (because man and woman are already known genders since the Creation) of which believe they are not what they are at all but only something made up in their disordered minds.

New York City's 31 Genders (so far)

Carmelyn P Malalis, Esq. (right),
NYC Commissioner of Human Rights,
and her spouse (left) Lule Demmissie
It’s a great blessing to live in small town America where for the most part people remain normal God-fearing Christians believing in faith that God made 2 genders only – man and woman – to form the FAMILY by creating children out of love.

"I am woman"...no wait.
I'm a Drag King
To live in large liberal-communist New York City would confuse my small town Catholic mentality by popping in other genders on a government-controlled gender list intended for all people to believe and follow. (For instance, drag queens and drag kings, listed as numbers 3 and 4, are equal to man and woman, listed as numbers 17 and 18...and we have to OBEY the false lie!)

Reality Hits ACLU Mom when Daughters are Frightened by Men in Women's Bathroom

ACLU LEADER QUITS AFTER DAUGHTERS ENCOUNTER MEN IN THE WOMEN’S RESTROOM  and go here for the Washington Times article.

Maya Dillard Smith was one of the youngest ACLU directors in the nation. She has a degree in Economics from Berkeley and a Masters degree from Harvard.

Here's the event Smith described:
I have shared my personal experience of having taken my elementary school age daughters into a women’s restroom when shortly after three transgender young adults, over six feet [tall] with deep voices, entered. My children were visibly frightened, concerned about their safety and left asking lots of questions for which I, like many parents, was ill-prepared to answer.

Sunday Meditation: A Lament for Bubble Gum Homilies

One of my frequent laments is what I call bubble-gum homilies (or pabulum from the pulpit). They may appear to give you something to chew on but there's no nourishment and all that chewing is for naught. I thought of that today while I was reading an article in The Wanderer by Deacon James H. Toner on Rocky Homilies. Here's a bit:
As critical as it is to be kind...compassion must not be purchased at the price of truth -- any more than, say, "pastoral sensitivity" ought to be practiced regardless of the jeopardy it might pose to what is morally right. There are times when honeyed homilies are as spiritually perilous as the fire-and-brimstone sermons of yesteryear, reminiscent of the psalm's warning: "their throats are yawning graves; they make their tongues so smooth!" (5:9 Jerusalem Bible; cf. Romans 3:13)....

Guest Post: A Case for the Hijacking of Vatican II

The Hijacking of John XXIII’s Ecumenical Council
By David Martin

When the announcement was made in September 2013 that Pope John XXIII would be canonized, glaring eyebrows went up in the Traditionalist camp. After all, saints are usually martyr figures that are persecuted for their uncompromising fidelity to the Faith, and Pope John is generally regarded as the flaming modernist that compromised the Faith by convoking the Second Vatican Council on October 11, 1962.

There is no disputing the disaster wrought by Vatican II and how it set into motion an insidious departure from tradition that has left the Holy City “half in ruins.” Even as we recall the conciliar tempest that first convened fifty-four years ago, its gale force continues to uproot the Faith, blow apart revered Catholic practices, topple the Church’s edifice, and spread doctrinal debris throughout the Church. Why the tribute to Pope John? Should his “aggiornamento” be rewarded this way?

On the Feast of the Sacred Heart Will You Open Your Heart and Your Pocketbook?

Israel with his parents before the asthma attack.
I received the email below from Dr. Paul Byrne today. Won't you please honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus on His feast day by giving a donation for this little boy's treatment. See yesterday's post and then go to Israel's GoFundMe page. Please help! The death peddlers are filled with zeal. Can't those of us who honor life be just as zealous in providing help and protection? Please send links to yesterday's post and this one to all your friends and ask them to pass it on. Let's raise that money for this precious little child! And for Mirranda too!

The Gorilla in the Living Room: Modern Mengeles Advancing Brain Death and Organ Donation

King Kong, head of the organ procurement team
The story about the gorilla at the Cincinnati Zoo who aggressively dragged a toddler around his enclosure has inundated social media and the news for days. I can't say I'm surprised that many would have preferred letting the gorilla kill the child rather than allow the sharpshooters to kill the gorilla.

Why? Because there's a much bigger gorilla, King Kong in fact, killing countless helpless victims of all ages, and many of those who should protect the innocent victims are cheering for the gorilla. Two of his victims are toddlers like the little boy at the Cincinnati Zoo: Israel Stinson and Mirranda Lawson.

Stop Using Round Up -- PLEASE!

STUDY: Ultra-low doses of Monsanto's Roundup cause massive gene alterations in lab rats, leading to other health problems

Glyphosate is poison, pure and simple.
It's probably no coincidence that California has both the highest level of glyphosate usage and the most cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, the type of cancer linked to Roundup, in the U.S. (Source)
Surveys of populations in Europe show that most people have glyphosate in their urine. Humans ingest glyphosate residues mainly from foods including cereals (such as wheat, oats, barley, rye), which have been ‘desiccated’ with glyphosate-based herbicide just prior to harvest and Roundup-tolerant genetically-modified (GMO) crops like sugar beets, corn, canola (rape), and soy.
