James Crowley, the Cambridge police officer who arrested Harvard Professor Henry Gates, Obama's buddy, is an expert on racial profiling who was hand-picked by former Police Commissioner, Ronny Watson, who is black, to teach police academy students about respecting ethnic minorities. I'm glad you pointed out Officer Crowley is a diversity instructor within the police department. Because it supports the idea "that those who can, do a job; and those who can't-teach. He should stick to the classroom and leave the subtle art of policing to the guys on the streets.
