This is truly great news. Absolutely stunning the Nuncio worked in this manner. Always before if there was any kind of "dust-up" (liturgical, catechetical, abuse, etc.) and one wanted to "get something done" you would go to the chancery and the bishop.
If no go there (which was 99.9% of the time) - then it was on to the Papal Nuncio for your country. Usually he would refer you back to the bishop!
