Another Assault on the First Amendment

Trespass Bill increases government's ability to criminalize protesters

H.R. 347 was signed by the President recently making it easier for government agents to arrest and criminalize protesters. So the government can force you to participate in the murder of unborn children through Obamacare, but be careful where and when you protest about it or you'll likely end up in the clink:
And before you forget, the president can now detain you for getting too close to his front yard, order your assassination if the country considers you a threat and lock you away for life with no charge if you’re alleged to be a terrorist. You, on the other hand, can’t yell obscenities at Newt Gingrich without risking arrest.

  1. Do you mean, you CAN yell at Newt without risking arrest?

  2. This is a quote, but I think it's correct. Any protest related to someone being protected by the secret service is subject to the law.
