SB 277: California Eliminates All Parent Rights Relating to Vaccines
Read the bill here.
There are many questions about vaccine safety. Some of the current vaccines are more dangerous than the disease they are supposed to prevent. (Do the research on Gardisil.) Live vaccines can actually spread the disease after inoculation making children carriers.
The hysteria over the measles outbreak at Disney is probably fueling this bill, but the reality is that in the past 12 years (since 2003) CDC statistics show NO deaths from measles. On the other hand, in that same time period, their adverse effects report shows that 108 children died from adverse effects of the various measles vaccines. (Source.)
Live vaccines can make those innoculated infectious to others. and the medical profession can tell whether an outbreak is a vaccine-related strain of the disease. While the Disney outbreak has been blamed on unvaccinated children, there is no evidence whatsoever that it's true. No one knows the original source of the disease at Disney. Another thing you rarely hear about the Disneyland outbreak is that 12% of those who got sick were vaccinated!
And did you know that if you got the flu shot this year it gave you zero protection against the prevailing flu strain? But get it anyway is the mantra. Wouldn't want to waste all those doses and the money they generate.
Check out this article and ask yourself what rights you have left if the government can force you to be injected with God-only-knows what. UN tetanus vaccines not long ago were used to sterilize third world women in Kenya causing the bishops there to speak out. The population controllers would never do that here right? Maybe, maybe not, but there's at least one thing that's always true -- follow the money. The vaccine industry is a multi-billion dollar enterprise -- projected at $52 BILLION in 2016. Pharmaceutical companies are among the biggest government lobbiests in the country -- over $230 MILLION in 2014. That can buy you a lot of influence in D.C. and the state houses. Sorry to be so cynical (or is it realistic), but how can anyone trust an industry willing to engage in population control by polluting its drugs?
It would also be helpful to point out the ethical dilemma that some vaccines present with being derived from aborted babies. The official stance of the church is that you *can* use them because there isn't another option, however, it also says that Catholics should be calling for other options.
ReplyDelete"Therefore, doctors and fathers of families have a duty to take recourse to alternative vaccines13 (if they exist), putting pressure on the political authorities and health systems so that other vaccines without moral problems become available. They should take recourse, if necessary, to the use of conscientious objection 14 with regard to the use of vaccines produced by means of cell lines of aborted human foetal origin. Equally, they should oppose by all means (in writing, through the various associations, mass media, etc.) the vaccines which do not yet have morally acceptable alternatives, creating pressure so that alternative vaccines are prepared, which are not connected with the abortion of a human foetus, and requesting rigorous legal control of the pharmaceutical industry producers."

sorry, but you are naive. I am old enough to have seen cases of Measles encephalitis.
ReplyDeleteIf there were few cases in this outbreak, maybe it was because most kids had gotten the vaccine and didn't get sick. Without the vaccine, the outbreak would have been in the tens of thousands. And yes, children would have died or been brain damaged.
Hundreds of thousands of lives in the third world have been saved by these vaccines. I have seen children die of measles working in Africa.
by exaggerating the rare problems, you ignore the "cost benefit ratio".

As for "fetal" cells: The Vatican said this is a distant relationship to the actual abortion which was done for other reasons so the Vatican okayed the use of these vaccines until other cell lines are available.
Actually, I'm old enough to have had the measles along with all my nine brothers and sisters. We also had the chicken pox. Serious complications do occur usually among those who are physically compromised and have weakened immune systems. But the efficacy of the vaccines is secondary to the tyranny of a government that forces citizens to be injected. As for the Third World, many of those people have been used as guinea pigs. Vaccines are not harmless. And the additives can be seriously harmful, like mercury, (still in the flu shots) and aluminum. When you multiply these by the dozens of doses of vaccines (Something like 48 shots between birth and six) plenty of damage can be done. But often there will be no "proof" that the damage was caused by the vaccine. Many of these need much more study to determine safety. People should do the research and be able to make up their own minds.

Petition from LifeSiteNews.com worth signing and sending:

A response that I find to be very reasonable, regarding the Desiree Jennings situation: http://www.skepticblog.org/2010/07/26/desiree-jennings-on-2020/
ReplyDeleteRemember, she was used by the anti-vax community to further their cause. However, there is very convincing evidence here that her symptoms were pychogenic.
And Women of Grace says that the "therapy" which "cured" her is New Age quackery. http://www.womenofgrace.com/blog/?p=1169

Woman used by the anti-vax movement big time!

Sorry for the double-posting. I did not think the first post went through. You may recall, however, that Jennings is from Ashburn, VA.
