A Visit to Noah's Ark, a testament to the truth of creation!

Johan Huiber with his replica of Noah's Ark
I stumbled upon a video on YouTube yesterday about a rich Dutch carpenter, Johan Huiber,  who dreamed that Holland was inundated by a flood. It inspired him to build an ark almost single handedly. The first ark he made was a smaller replica, but then he decided to build another according to the biblical dimensions in Genesis. And the plan is to take it to Rio for the Olympics. Here's a video about the project which five men accomplished building it by hand.

But my adventure didn't stop there. Apparently, Noah's ark is popping up all over the world. There's a full scale replica in Kansas that is also associated with a nearby creation museum. I am definitely going to plan a visit hopefully with some of my grandchildren.

And there's a Noah's Ark them park in Hong Kong.

It's exciting to find an event from Genesis brought to life. What a gift to a disbelieving world.

Yes, I'm a creationist. It makes a lot more sense to me than a story about all of us coming from a single-celled organism developing in the "primordial soup." (Where did that soup come from anyway?)

If you want to learn more about special creation, visit the Kolbe Center. Truth is a lot more interesting than fiction!
