Racism at Yale! ....Against White Males

Isis Davis-Marks
Can you imagine an article in the Yale student paper advising students to spy on "black boy" classmates describing them with kinky hair and big-lipped smiles so they can get them later on when they are out in the corporate or political world? Can you imagine anyone writing, "I'm watching you, black boy."

No?

I can't either. But that's what Yale allowed a student to do to "white boys" in the student paper. Here's just a bit of the article that bubbles over with racist hate:

Everyone knows a white boy with shiny brown hair and a saccharine smile that conceals his great ambitions. He could be in Grand Strategy or the Yale Political Union. Maybe he’s the editor-in-chief of the News. He takes his classes. He networks. And, when it comes time for graduation, he wins all the awards...I’m watching you, white boy. And this time, I’m taking the screenshot.
Wow! He has "great ambitions" and "networks." He even does well and "wins all the awards." What a monster!

This is what the attack on white men is giving us. Think about it. The election of Barack Obama was supposed to improve the racial divide. White America elected a black president. What is the fruit of those eight years of Obama -- a nation more polarized where identity politics and political correctness are so systemic that Adidas was condemned for releasing an all-white sneaker as part of its mostly black collection for Black History Month. Hey, blacks don't wear white!

Does this mean I can't wear my "little black dress" to a party? Is that the new equivalent of blackface?

This idiocy has gone way beyond too far. Racism is ugly whether it's white on black or black on white. The pretense that only whites can be racist and only "black lives matter" (except unborn black babies) is eating our country up. The evil racist attacks on the Covington high school boys and Nick Sandmann in particular showed just how nasty things have become. The fact that Yale allowed this vicious, racist column to be printed says a lot about the state of the Ivies.

Davis-Marks should be suspended from the staff of the paper until she publicly apologizes and attends the touted "diversity training" liberals always recommend for "white boys with shiny hair and saccharine smiles."

  2. Could this article in the Yale newspaper be college satire against the war on white males?...for the purpose of drawing attention to the fact that there is a war on white males.

  3. If that's a serious question, JMJT, go read her other articles. She is fixated on race, liberalism, identity politics and hate-Trump (oh, and hate Kavanaugh too). She's AOC in training.

  4. Yikes, Mary Ann! Shall I say, "Bring back the good ol' days of tavern ice cube battles for Yale students?"

While I disagree profoundly with the student's take, what is most disturbing to me is that a college that has historically been a pretty good guardian of the liberal arts tradition would produce a senior who hasn't learned that "y'all shut up" isn't actually one of the canons of a classical liberal education.

  6. Not "y'all" actually, but "y'all white boys." Couldn't agree more. The universities have abandoned Socratic discourse. Their new icon of reason seems to be Big Brother. And the majority of Catholic Universities are no better. Many are even worse because they've abandoned the truths of the faith for ear-tickling political correctness!
