You don't solve problems by killing babies in the womb with abortion and abortifacient birth control. And her support for giving free over the counter birth control pills to teens is nuts! She rightly calls Plan B dangerous, but all the birth control chemicals are dangerous. It's time to stop treating young people like animals in heat and give them a vision of truly living in integrity and wholeness. Find heroes out there to share their values and why it's worth while to save sex for marriage.
Our ability to participate with God in creating a new unique human soul that never existed before is the most sublime gift God gave to humanity, a gift cosmic in scope. It's a sharing in God's own creative act.
I hope someone among Kimberly Klacik's constituents will help her come to a pro-life understanding. She's obviously concerned about women, and the most pro-woman thing women can do (and the men who love them) is to recognize the dignity and gift of their capacity to give and nurture new life.
Feminists lied to women telling them they were defective because of their fertility and needed to render themselves sterile to be equal to men. They said the ability to become pregnant is a disease to be treated with powerful and dangerous medications. They said women should be proud of killing their children singing the wicked siren song, "Abortion on demand without apology."
It's a lie...a diabolical lie.
Please pray for Kimberly Klacik. I can't see her as an alternative for the people of Baltimore. We don't need more pro-abortion Republicans in Congress. She's right on some of the issues, but she's wrong on the the most central. Sadly, that makes her no friend of women!
