Monica Miller, a national pro-life leader and founder of the Red Rose Rescues, reads an open letter to the bishops affirming their own words that abortion is the "preeminent" moral issue of our time. If we don't get that right, how can we get anything else right? If a child isn't allowed to be born, he cannot receive any other human right. Food, clothing, shelter....none will matter. Most of the time the infant won't even receive the dignity of a small plot for burial, but will "disposed of" with medical waste. God help us if we elect a team committed to both abortion through all nine months of pregnancy and even infanticide afterwards. Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on us. Immaculate and sorrowful Mother Mary, pray for us.
