Sad to say, we are all living in a dystopian novel these days. In fact, we are living in an entire library of dystopian novels. The Bee's video spoofs Orwell's 1984 where everyone must embrace the lies of Big Brother. We have an entire administration of Big Brothers promoting and enforcing the lie through Big Media censorship. The protestors locked up in the D.C. jail over the January 6th protest are living in Kafka's novel, The Trial where the accused live in limbo trying to determine the charges and who their accusers are. Some, who weren't even in the Capitol building, had SWAT teams raid their homes. As for the rest of us, we are all trapped in The Brave New World culture of sex, drugs, mind manipulation, and orgies. And then, of course, there's The Matrix where so many people live in a dream world of unreality and don't even know it. 

It's time to break out of the dystopian library and embrace reality. The greatest reality is God! In fact, all reality stems from Him. To know, love, and serve God is the prescription for freedom from the insane world of lies and entry into the glorious world of God's truth, goodness, and beauty. Don't let the servants of Satan get you down. Pray the rosary and go for a walk with a little child. Want sanity? Embrace innocence.
