The Lame Duck Legacy of Joe Biden: Will it be World War iII?

Joe Biden's dementia is downright dangerous. Throughout the Ukraine/Russia conflict, he has stated over and over what the U.S. won't do to escalate the war. Then he does it. His line in the sand is a straw blown about by the wind. Joe's latest act of aggression is to allow what he said he never would allow -- for Ukraine to use long-range U.S. missiles to strike deep into Russia. Their use of these missiles involves the U.S. directly because Ukraine doesn't have the guidance capability. So we can't claim non-involvement anymore than a person helping a kid aim a gun and helps pull the trigger! Really, Joe, how is that not an act of war by the U.S., i.e., one more unauthorized aggressive act of war unilaterally determined by the executive branch in violation of the U.S. Constitution.

The only government body allowed to declare war is Congress. An act of war against another country is, in reality, a declaration of war. Article 1, section 8 of the U.S. constitution explicitly gives the power to declare war to Congress, not the President. Congress has exercised that power eleven times in history, the last during WW II. 

But wait a minute, you say. What about Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, etc., etc. I suspect the number of undeclared wars exceeds the number of declared wars. And, of course, Congress often goes along by funding them. It avoids any blame for Congressional politicians which might threaten their seats in the next election. "Don't blame us; blame the president!"

NewsMax reported yesterday:

Ukraine used U.S. ATACMS missiles to strike Russian territory on Tuesday, taking advantage of newly granted permission from the outgoing administration of President Joe Biden on the 1,000th day of the war in Ukraine.

On the same day, Putin approved a policy document that lowers the threshold for Russia to use nuclear weapons in response to attacks by an enemy using conventional weapons.

"The military-political elites of the West are becoming increasingly aware of the seriousness of Russia's intentions and the need for greater restraint in their actions in order to avoid getting involved in a direct military conflict with our country, which could lead to catastrophic consequences for them," Naryshkin said. Biden's escalation of the war isn't the only lame duck assault on America. Public Advocate (PA) headed up by Eugene Delgaudio sent a message today that I quote in part:

...the Homosexual Lobby knows that they are about to lose control of the Senate and the White House. That’s why they’re wasting no time whipping up a tsunami of political momentum while they are still in power...As you read this, the Homosexual Lobby are already lining up the forces they need to ram BOTH the Gay Bill of Special Rights and the Homosexual Classrooms Act into law.

What do these acts entail?

S. 393, The Gay Bill of Special Rights (misnamed the "Equality Act") gives radical homosexuals new, unconstitutional and immoral rights to use as weapons in the workplace against the American Family, and;

The bill died in the previous congress but was re-introduced in 2023 as S.5. Does it have a chance of passage after the recent elections? God knows. The gay lobby will never let up. Do they have enough support among lawmakers? Let's face it, the primary agenda of most politicians is winning re-election. So the question is, will support for the extremist bill which protects "gender identity" make re-election more or less likely?

Half the country dissing your agenda is sort of a wake up call, don't you think? So exactly what does the defense of gender identity and LBGTQ rights mean and will politicians with fingers in the wind stand behind it?

Protecting gender identity and gay rights mandates men in women's sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms. Businesses (and churches) forced to retain gays and transgenders who flaunt their lifestyle. More assaults on bakers, wedding planners, florists, and other businesses. Need I go on?

With regard to the Student Non-Discrimination Act (SNDA), the gay lobby has been pushing it since 2015, but has failed so far to get it out of committee. According to PA:

The Homosexual Classrooms Act (labeled the Student Non-Discrimination Act), would force homosexual propaganda and transgender policies into our schools;

But they haven't been able to pass it in Congress so far! No worries for the bullies. Just shift gears. Remember how the left got abortion mandated throughout the entire country using the judicial branch! This time they focused on the executive branch and got good old Joe to pass a federal rule last August. [Source] Using the Department of Education as enforcer (God save us from that evil bureaucracy!), Joe signed a federal rule which, "expands protections under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, a federal law that bars sex discrimination in federally funded education programs."

Twenty-six states have blocked implementation, so the feds went to the Supreme Court for enforcement. So far -- no deal. 

The lame ducks are vultures! They will do all they can to ram through their aggressive attack on the family and feed on the American taxpayers as long as possible. Many of their policies originated in the pit of hell. They're angry that so many Americans have awakened to their evil agenda. There's a saying, often misattributed to Sun Tzu, that an evil man will burn his own city to the ground to rule over the ashes. Is that what Joe Biden is doing in these last desperate months? 

Will Biden be impeached over the missiles launched into Russia?

We have a weapon for responding to Biden's aggression. Pray the rosary every day for peace. Our Lady has shown over and over that her intercession with her Son can save us from evil. She is our 12-star general with St. Michael as her adjutant. Follow her battle plan with prayer and penance.
