Is it time to take the "black pill" as Crisis Magazine is asking. Is Pope Leo just Francis 2? The answer is -- Maybe!
We need to face reality about the possibility that the Vatican is pursuing the same evil agenda as Francis. Is the worst case scenario likely? Seems so The early signs aren't encouraging. Was the meeting with Martin "unbelievably scandalous?" Absolutely! Especially immediately following the shooting in Minnesota. The meeting certainly wasn't a response to the killing. It was likely planned for months. But...The Vatican provided a photographer for the meeting and allowed the publication of the photos. The visual is disastrous! If the Vatican does nothing to correct Martin, we can reasonably assume that the pope approves of the spin Martin is putting on the meeting. The focus became the transgender shooter rather than the two children tragically murdered by the disturbed, probably possessed shooter.
This, the meeting, was a "big deal!" Sammons says. The pope held a 30 minute private chat with Martin. Is Martin's gushing description true? Fr. Martin is a good Alinskyite: never let a crisis go to waste. As one could expect, Martin is using the meeting to promote his sodomite agenda. He is sending an "intended message" that the pope and the Vatican support him and his positions. He is the leading LGBTQ cleric in America, the poster child for the message that the Church has changed, that sodomy is A-okay.
Sammons' critique is on target about this. The Vatican missed an opportunity to proclaim the truths of the Church about human sexuality. Instead, the pope met with a transgender-affirming cleric in what appeared to be approval of his message. What about the children killed in Minnesota? They were invisible. I wonder how those Catholic families felt as Martin proclaimed the goodness of transgender ideology.
Watch and pray. And don't make the faith only about the pope. Yes, the crisis continues. The answer? Keep the faith, fast and pray. "Good things are happening in the Church." It's not all about the pope. I agree.
