As if it was the pope's job to win a popularity contest. This is what all Protestants do. They shop for a preacher or congregation that tells them exactly what they feel comfortable hearing. Sadly the pope has become as Protestant as Al Gore and even Gore recognizes that fact.
Nary a mention of the pollution of our waterways and the deforming of our fish by the estrogen from the birth control pill getting into our sewage and floating into our lakes, streams and so forth. I wonder, too, how much of it gets into our drinking water. Oh, but that is not politically correct to say. Gore is probably making money off the Pill, too, or at least his friends are, so how dare we talk about such things. Anything that lines his pocket or those of his friends is anathema.
Proof that al Gore is an idiot. Because of Pope Francis, Benedict was forced out and our Catholicism is being sold the the highest bidder.
