Obama painted himself as the "hope" candidate throughout his campaign, but he offers no hope to women suffering from post abortion experiences. The reality of their suffering and grief is totally denied by those who champion the murder of the innocent. The babies are a "punishment" in the words of the president, so their murder must provide relief and hope.
Not so say a growing number of post aborted women and others invovled in the abortion decision.
One of the most moving experiences at the March for Life this year, was the testimony of 100 members of the Silent No More campaign who spoke out in front of the Supreme Court. All of them described the terrible suffering that abortion brings to women once they emerge from denial and let themselves recognize the fact that they killed their babies.
There is no sin too big for God - except the one the sinner refuses to acknowledge. If you know someone suffering from abortion: a mother, a father, grandparents, a friend who helped in the killing - send them to Silent No More. The bigger sin, the bigger the abundant grace waiting from the hands of our loving God.

ReplyDeletePresident Obama made the comment during the campaign. You can hear him yourself on You Tube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbZJYWjkAPo) saying he doesn't want his daughters "punished with a baby" if they make a mistake.
ReplyDeleteI have two grandchildren whose parents "made mistakes." I consider these darling grandchildren, not mistakes, but unexpected blessings who helped my children gain maturity and wisdom.
I thanked my daughters for not killing my grandchildren.
I agree with you. I have a grandchild who came before the marriage did. I gave the best man speech and praised them for being the right kind of people making the right decisions. Normally you would wish the young couple lots of luck but it was obvious that they were the right people making the right choices. So I thought we all were gathered to encourage them to keep it up.
ReplyDeleteI just wish that the media would take their heads out of the political ratings butts and ask the president: "Do you really believe that a grandchild would be a fitting punishment for your daughter or would abortion just be protecting you and your family's reputation?
But I am certain that John King and David Gregory will fail again as they have over the last eight years and instead of asking a decent question will focus on gotcha minutia questions.
