#WhiteLivesMatter: Did the FBI Murder LaVoy Finicum?

LaVoy Finicum talking to media
Except for a very few exceptions (the District of Columbia being one), the Federal Government has no right to occupy land throughout the U.S. so how come the feds "own" such a huge chunk of the west? That's basically what the standoff in Oregon was about that led to what may
be the cold blooded murder of LaVoy Finicum by FBI agents.

Watch the video of the chase and arrest below. Did LaVoy Finicum reach for a gun? He clearly has his hands up in the FBI video when he exited the car.
Was he already shot when he put his hands down toward his chest? We can't hear what's happening can we? Was he saying, "Hands up, don't shoot?" as they gunned him down?

In view of past government atrocities at Waco and Ruby Ridge I'm inclined to believe the witnesses who said the FBI started shooting and that's the reason they fled in the car after stopping. It's interesting to note the reporting. "Shots were fired," we're told, but by whom?

I don't think a single shot was fired by the Oregon protesters. If that's true all the shooting came from the hotshot FBI agents. How many? How many bullet holes are in the protesters' car? How many are in the FBI agents? How many times was Finicum hit? They say he had a gun in his pocket. Did he?

Consider the Occupy Wall Street gang who disrupted major cities for months without any significant action or deaths instigated by the feds. All those folks were committing a crime, but I don't think a single protester was arrested for participating. Why? Because their agenda advanced the liberal agenda of the leftist government which loves to demonize big business. The protesters in Oregon, on the other hand, threaten that agenda by challenging the unlimited power of the feds.

Here's the complete unedited video released by the FBI.

It claims to show Finicum reaching for a gun, but had he already been shot by the first agent and was he actually reaching for a wound and turning away from the shooter? Then he's shot by the other agent. After he's down you can clearly see that the car is receiving fire. Clear flashes appear around the car at 9:53, 10:00, and 10:12. You see snow spurts at the front of the right front passenger door at 10:21 and at the right front passenger window at 10:47. At 12:20 the windshield appears to receive one or two shots.

Let's presume the people in the car were not shooting. There are no signs of rifles out the windows and the agents are looking pretty unconcerned milling around at that point. If you were in that vehicle would you fear you were about to be executed? I would. It will be interesting to see the analysis of the video by gunfire experts with no axe to grind. And how many times was Finicum shot and where. Does he have a wound in his left side? Is that what he was reaching for and not a gun?

After the feds murdered Randy Weaver's twelve-year-old son with a bullet in the back and massacred the Branch Davidians, I'm a skeptic. Were the agents ever in danger here? Sure doesn't look like it. Even the agent who was in the way of the car doesn't look like a target. They were already going off the road when he moved into the picture. These folks were not Bonnie and Clyde and there had been no shooting by these folks during the month-long standoff. I hate to say it, but I think we'll see more of this against patriotic Americans fed up with the unconstitutional confiscation of property by the feds and other abuses like imposition of Common Core, EPA's tyranny, and, of course, abortion. Electing a few governors willing to stand up to Uncle Sam's overreach would be a good start to challenge an out-of-control federal government.

  1. I don't see any reason to believe that this is anything other than a set-up. The story line I think is plausible is that the car stopped and shots were fired at the car by the government which precipitated the pulling away only to discover a road block up ahead. LaVoy got out in an attempt to expressly surrender and was shot without provocation and then the opened up on the car. It's a wonder that more people were not killed.

There was no provocation on the part of the victims evident in the entire video and the car was reported to be on the way to a meeting with the sheriff to negotiate a withdrawal from the site. So this looks like just one more murder by government along the lines of Ruby Ridge and Waco. I'm disgusted with the behavior of the government. They are supposed to be the adults in the room not the perps.

  2. One thing I noticed, the poor man was alive while on the ground, you could see the position of his arms and legs shift slightly. Yet no ambulance is requested, as for unedited, you see a cut in the footage about 8-9 minutes before the end, there is a gap in the position of where the footage stops and restarts. The trees also block what is going on when the officials surround his body. I can't believe he was any threat to them as he knew there were 2 men with weapons drawn on him.

  3. Almost forgot, I think there needs to be a demand that any footage from body cameras and car cameras from the federal vehicles be released.

Apparently the FBI was live streaming
a parallel "militia encampment" in Burns Oregon.
At 1.20 min, the "patriots" are asked
    to sign talent releases.
