All the Blather That is Islamic Theology

This is not the Flight into Egypt.
This is Abraham Dismissing Hagar and Ishmael
Discrepancies in Mohammedan theology are numerous, one being that originally Islam was not called Islam at all but rather what it actually was - Mohammedanism, meaning the religion of Muhammad, not God.

That being said, one major error in all the blather that is Islamic "theology" is this: If Muhammad was a prophet sent from God, why would God choose an Arab descended from a Hebrew?

Muslims believe that Islam is the PURE word of God, so why would God not have chosen a PURE Arab to dispense the PURE Quran to the world? Muhammad was not a pure Arab because he was descended from Ishmael, or so the story goes. Ishmael's father of course was Abraham, Abraham was a Hebrew, and while in his father's household, Ishmael would have practiced his father's Hebrew religion.

Rev JL Menezes was a Catholic priest who ministered in India in the late 19th/early 20th century. His observations of Islam in that region of the world reveal characteristics that we are all too familiar with in the 21st century. In his book, The Life and Religion of Mohammed, the Prophet of ArabiaMenezes says:

"The Modern Arabians are sprung from two stocks, namely from Joktan or Kahtan, the son of Eber mentioned in Genesis 10:26 and the other from Adnan, descended from Ishmael, the son of Abraham by Hagar, an Egyptian slave.

The descendants of Joktan call themselves Al Arab al Ariba, that is, PURE Arabs, while the posterity of Adnan are called Al Arab Mostareba, that is naturalized or mixed Arabs, because the posterity of Ishmael have no claim to be called PURE Arabs as their ancestor both by origin and language was a Hebrew - Abraham.

The Quraysh (Koreish) tribe of Mecca
Ishmael, the son of Abraham by Hagar, born about 1910 BC married a daughter of Modadh, the Jorhamite chief of Mecca, and from this marriage he had twelve sons, the forefathers of the so-called Al Arab al Mostareba, i.e., naturalized Arabs. From this descended Adnan, 130 BC, the father of Maadd the ancestor of the Maadite tribe from whom the Koreish tribes descended."

Now we go into AD, Anno Domini, the years after Christ was born.

"From Maadd in the seventh generation descended Nadhr, AD 134, the father of Malik, the father of Fihr Koreish, AD 200. At Mecca, descended from the Koreish tribe and fifth in descent from Kussai, a true Ishmaelite, Mahommed was born in the autumn of the year 570 AD. His father Abdullah was the youngest son of Abdul Muttalib the great grandson of Kussai, and at that time the chief of the tribe of Koreish."

Why would God go this roundabout route to seek out a prophet for his final word to mankind by giving the Quran (the PURE word of God in the PUREST Arabic, according to Islam) to an Arab who was NOT a PURE Arab, i.e., a descendant of Joktan, but rather an Arab who was a descendant of a Hebrew and therefore NOT a PURE Arab?

It would seem that if Islam is the PURE and final word of God for mankind, then He, God, would have wanted his PURE word to have come from a PURE Arab.

But then that's Islam for you - it makes no sense. And who is the "father of making no sense"? Lucifer, of course.

  1. Susan,
I think this is the critical evidence that shows why Islam is unacceptable to God. Ishmael was an illegitimate child. Abraham even asked God why can't Ishmael be the one to live in God's favor. Gen. 17:18. Instead, God insisted on miraculously giving this old couple a baby whom they named Isaac.

God chose not to build His nation on a cornerstone that was less than the best. Nothing good would come through the line of Ishmael. God knew that.

Thank you for this series. While Christians hav no interest in Islam, we all need to know who they are basically and why they are a false religion and a too of the devil.

Interesting isn't it that Satan found all too attractive the one God rejected.
