Do we really want to turn over almost a fifth of the U.S. economy (health care) to a government that can't even run a cash for clunkers program? Whenever they propose one of these gargantuan bills, it is chock full of earmarks and pork barrell projects to buy votes back home. We need smaller government and a bigger private sector generating jobs at the local level through lower taxes for small businesses. They are the backbone of a healthy economy.
