The biggest winners in the election were unborn children. With the most pro-life Congress in decades there is hope that taxpayer-funded abortion will be eliminated and real strides can be made in all areas to protect babies in the womb. Congressman Chris Smith introduced the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act last July and with the new house composition, passage is likely. Of course getting it passed in the Senate is less likely and a veto probable.
