Parents of Girls Attacked by Creepy Philly Lawmaker Brian Sims Turn Lemons into Lemonade

Parents of teen girls harassed by Brian Sims raise over $100G for Philly pro-life org

Brian Sims chose the wrong mama bear to go after. Ashley Garecht spoke on Tucker Carlson tonight.

Ashley Garecht clearly is an articulate defender of the unborn. If you have any fear for the future remember this mom and the girls she is raising to be warriors for life. May St. Michael the Archangel protect and defend her family. I suspect the girls are even more resolved to defend life after this.

Thank you Brian Sims! Good shines brightest in the blackest night. May God have mercy on you and shower you with the grace of conversion.

Our God is the Lord of Life!

If you are, or ever have been, a sidewalk counselor or a prayer warrior, a participant in Life Chain or 40 Days for Life -- the Lord wants you to know that your work is not in vain. In fact, it is the same work as that of the angel who came to warn Joseph to flee into Egypt. The angel saved the Christ child from death. And the soul mates of that angel stand outside abortion mills today as the last obstacle to the murder of a child.

Here's proof that what you do is worthwhile.

Testimony of a woman who chose life:
From the website of the Pennsylvania Prolife Federation
(Thanks to Victor for sending it!)

A few years ago, in August, I found out I was pregnant. I was terrified, scared, and alone. I did not know what to do. Tim, who was 38, and I, who was 26, were not married, we both had things going on in our lives that did not include children and were just not ready for that kind of commitment. But what was I going to do; I didn't believe in abortion, in fact, I am 100% against it. Yet, all of a sudden, it seemed like the best thing to do, right? I mean, I had a job, and wasn't done with school, and kinda enjoyed my freedom. Tim was working, trying to get his life together, wanted to work on his music and play pool. How could we be parents of a child? How could we trade in our lives for a baby? We started to believe that the baby would be better off if it were not born, that we could not provide the home and love for it that it would need. We started to believe that the best thing for everyone would to be to end the pregnancy and never tell anyone and go on with life just as before. We started to believe......or did we?

"Eye-Popping Corruption" of the Mainstream Media

The video you are about to see is a commentary on a documentary by the ministry "Thine Eyes." See for yourself the witness of tens of thousands of young people who participate in the March for Life every year and promise that a tidal wave of life is coming to the voters' booth soon. Respect for life is the primary moral issue of our age and those who fail to defend it must answer to God. Plan now to attend the annual March for Life in January and check out an abortion mill near you. No doubt the sidewalk warriors will welcome you joining them in prayer. You can visit Thine Eyes and contribute to their ministry here.

College Students Go "Bearfoot" for Babies

College students in Colorado going barefoot for week of pro-life advocacy

I love this! What a beautiful way to sacrifice for the babies. I'm pinning on my little bare baby feet since I'm not on a college campus, and I'm praying and fasting for the unborn this week. May the Lord use all the graces from prayer and sacrifices to save the lives of these little innocent ones and the souls of their parents.

Photos from our Woodstock Life Chain

Life Chain is an entry level event to give people a taste of pro-life activism in a low-key, non-threatening way. Our Life Chain in Woodstock, VA yesterday was the first one here and we had about 175 people participate from three churches. Afterwards we had a get-together in the church hall and you could feel the excitement and energy of the people there. The pro-life prayer and witness engendered lots of honks and thumbs up as people drove through town. The children really enjoyed the honks and waves. What a great way to introduce little ones to their responsibility to witness in society. Several mentioned today that they spoke to others who were sorry they couldn't come. Life Chain is a little thing with great potential. I'm going to post the nearest 40 Days for Life Campaign and invite members of the parish to join in. Prayer and public witness save lives!

40 Days for Life: Saving Babies at a Town Near You!

The 40 Days for Life fall campaign which began just a few days ago has already saved about 40 babies, the first before it even started at a prayer vigil.

This campaign illustrates the tremendous power in prayer and perseverance. When Christians step out in faith and pray, not for their own self-interest, but for the weakest and most vulnerable among us, the Lord blesses their efforts abundantly. Be part of the power -- not your own power, but the power of the Holy Spirit. Last Spring 433 babies were saved during the campaign. That not just 433 babies, but 433 women spared the agony of a lifetime of regret, 433 fathers spared the guilt of failing to protect their children, thousands of grandparents who will hold their grandchildren in their arms, and countless communities touched by pro-life witness. Join 40 Days for Life in a town near you.
