This is a great interview and as a sidewalk counselor myself I found it compelling. I spent many Saturdays for about 15 years sidewalk counseling at an abortion mill next to Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria. Before that it was Wednesdays at the Falls Church abortion mill where I stood on a stepladder talking to women over the fence between St. James and the facility.

Everything in Unplanned is absolutely on target about sidewalk counseling and pro-life witness.

Red Rose Rescue in D.C. on December 20th

In an earlier rescue, December 2, 2017 a group in Michigan went into an abortion mill to offer love and help to the women there. Later court hearings, by the testimony of abortion staff, showed that they saved 12 babies that day by the grace of God and their sacrifice. Several ended up in jail for weeks and months. Here's the report with the evidence that twelve babies (and their moms) were saved from abortion by their willingness to put their bodies on the line:

...and he's saved over 1,000 babies working full time sidewalk counselling. I sidewalk counseled for about 15 years almost every Saturday. I know how hard it is to be there week after week. He must be a saint to be out there NINE HOURS every day. Pray for John Barros. And if you've never participated in a 40 Days for Life or prayed the rosary outside an abortion mill or sidewalk counseled -- go -- just once. It's not easy, but it's so gratifying when a woman chooses life for a baby. And you have no idea what your witness will do even if you don't see a result.
