I think we have a right to know what foods in the market are genetically modified. I sure don't want to eat them if I have a choice. Pretty soon we may have no choice. Most of the soybeans and corn are GM already. How many of the potatoes? And to see the scientists who speak the truth persecuted is shameful. Gee, where have we seen that before? Ah, I remember, the man-made global warming "deniers."

Many of the farmers of India are going bankrupt from what I have read because they are selling them the genetically altered seed for corn, etc. which produces crops that do not not have fertile seeds the next year or after the second crop, so they have to go back and buy more seed instead as they cannot use the infertile seed or kernals from the crops they grow to produce another crop of corn. Also, there are only about five companies that produce this genetically altered seed, so they have a monopoly on the supply if countries go to only genetically altered seed. There are many more dangers also, and you can find them on line. Regular seed is still be sold by some companies here in the United States, but who knows how long that will be allowed.
