Those two organizations are the siamese twins of Voris's scandal-mongering project and perhaps they allow the organization to play word games. Can CM claim certain people don't contribute to CM because they give to St. Michael's Media and vice versa?And

Christine implies here that Carroll has had nothing to do with CM "in years." Isn't that the impression you got? You would think from her statement that Niles can hardly even remember who Terry Carroll is. He exited the scene years ago. The man who gave them $300,000 just disappeared into the mist.
That is "objectively false" so Niles either lied or has dementia.
Carroll, at least as recently as 2019 (the latest IRS year available), was on the Board of St. Michael's Media and has been FOR YEARS. Here's the information from ProPublica's Non Profit Explorer with details about St. Michael's Media. Terry Carroll has been listed as a director since 2016 although he may have been one earlier. And that, friends is a way of supporting CM with in kind donations. Oh, but he didn't "financially" support them. Ah...right.

Does CM have board meetings which presumably are required by their articles of incorporation and their 501(C)(3) status? Their IRS filing for 2019 lists Terry Carroll as working for the organization five hours a week. (But don't even think that he was "supporting them financially.") Even if he's working his five hours a week from Texas, presumably he's in contact with Voris, Niles, and other members of the team. And how often do they hold board meetings? Are they in-person or by Face Time or Zoom?
Christine's disingenuous pretense that Carroll disappeared from the CM scene years ago is an outright, easily provable lie. It's also interesting that all these board members are listed as receiving zero salary. Maybe they aren't paid a salary for being on the board, but St. Michael's Media spent over a million and a half on salaries in 2019. Some Charity reporting groups list the salary of the organization's head, but there's no indication of President Mike Voris' salary or crackerjack investigator Christine Niles.
There's a section on the form for the five highest paid employees. It's blank, but only requires listing those making over $100,000. I wonder if anybody makes $99,999.
Salaries are apparently paid by St. Michael's Media since the cumulative salaries are listed on the IRS form. Which brings me back to my question. If Carroll hasn't given to CM in years (wink, wink) is he funding the organization through St. Michael's Media? CM is great at splitting hairs.
Follow the money. Someone needs to do a major investigation of CM's funding trail. Who's funding Church Militant/St. Michael's Media and what's the agenda of those behind the CM/St. Michael's Media curtain? I can provide information about Terry Carroll's hatred for the SSPX. He's on record. How much is he involved in the current SSPX attack?
At this point, unless there is absolute proof of what CM claims, I presume they are lying or using Jesuitical double-talk just like Christine did in her demand letter referencing Terry Carroll. What other lies was, and is, she telling?
Pray for these people. I think Dymphna had it right when she described them as Folie a Deux.

What I cannot understand is why anyone would hate the SSPX. They are

near me. I pray for them though, as I am thankful they exist.
I think their founder was a giant saint...he accurately predicted what would happen.

ReplyDeleteI attend an SSPX Chapel. I have for a couple years now. I moved to a city and my top criteria was access to SSPX Chapel(s). We three Masses in two locations. Yesterday our Mass was packed to overflow. The Priest gave a wonderful Homily on the Feast of the Assumption. Outside of what he said was how he said it - joyful, he was oozing happiness as he talked about the power and maternal care of our Blessed Mother … grinning and happy. That’s what I remember most, more than what he said. He had deep filial love of Mary our Queen. Our Priest, like most of them, is young - we are his first Parish. He is a former Rugby player, big guy; nice guy; obviously an athlete, He has a unique approach in the confessional, connecting our Penance to the confessed sin - not “just a decade”, but one that makes you think (that’s my experience, and my wife’s).
I say this as anecdote, since you, like most, have never been. It is as Catholic an experience as you can imagine. There is life there, and joy, happiness. And the youth! Oh, my, the kids. And almost nary a peep out of any of them. I have six special needs kids and they sit there quiet as lambs during the Holy Sacrifice, as do all the others - tiny little faces who know they are somewhere special.
Church Militant is nothing. Let them make their videos. SSPX will be fine. Because they stand with the Saints and adore God.
Yes, it's a folie a deux and I just don't see it ending well. God bless you and keep you.

John Lamont merely signed his name to the CM Christine Niles crusade. Same old story. Nothing new. Oh, but they want it to take root. But it’s just more Christine and Jassy “stuff” with John’s impressive name now attached to it. So what?
Take him to court, Jassy; Christine. Let the world see your case in all its glory. Do it the right way - the legal way. But ….. for some reason it can’t seem to get above the level of the CM video editing and cutting room floor. It just sits there for CM to chew on it and make videos about it. Oh, yeah, powerful.
