Don't Panic in a Crisis, Moms! Make Your Own Formula!

Tyrants thrive on crisis. Remember Alinsky's mantra: "Never let a crisis go to waste." Tyrants create crises deliberately to hasten societal collapse.  Socialists professors and husband/wife team, Cloward and Piven, developed a strategy back in the 1960s to overload the economic system until it collapsed and destroyed capitalism. The husband-wife team, inspired by atheist Saul Alinsky, helped create the atmosphere of violence and intimidation we are living with today. In fact, we are well on the way to living their dystopian dream, which is our nightmare: high inflation, food shortages, violent protests, and even murderous events like the Buffalo shooting and other terrorist attacks.

Here's an enlightening bit from the Cloward/Piven article linked above quoting them calling for “cadres of aggressive organizers” to use “demonstrations to create a climate of militancy.” Wow! Sound familiar?

Think Black Lives Matter, Antifa, and the dozens of Alinsky based community organizing groups linked to the Industrial Areas Foundation. Many of them are funded by the disgraceful U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) and their so-called "charity programs." The Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD), Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and Catholic Charities (CC) all fund and cooperate with community organizing groups that support intrinsic moral evils.

But I digress. This is what Cloward and Pivens predicted if their strategy was used:

  • Politicians, intimidated by threats of black violence, would appeal to the federal government for help.

  • Carefully orchestrated media campaigns, carried out by friendly, leftwing journalists, would float the idea of “a federal program of income redistribution” in the form of a guaranteed living income for all — working and non-working people alike.

  • Local officials would clutch at this idea like drowning men to a lifeline. They would apply pressure on Washington to implement it.

  • With every major city erupting into chaos, Washington would have to act.
Once again...Sound familiar? We've had enough crises in the past two years to sink a battleship. Many people are overwhelmed, frightened, and discouraged.

Don't be!

The response to crisis is to immerse ourselves ever more deeply in the will of God and stay calm remembering that all things, all things, not some things, work together for good to those who love the Lord and serve according to His purpose!

Now one of the most serious crises at present is the shortage of baby formula. It's easy to panic when the shelves are empty of something your baby desperately needs. But there's an answer.

Moms, you can make your own baby formula. "Experts" tell you not to do it; they are the "diet dictocrats," but you know what? What do you think people did before big companies took over production of formula and baby food. Women breast fed, or they used wet nurses, or ... they made their own formula and they pulverized regular food so baby's could take it. And it's likely that baby will do better on homemade formula than anything available on the market.

The list of ingredients looks a little intimidating at first, but moms giving testimonials say it gets easy after a few times.

Take control back from the tyrants and dictocrats! You might want to run this by your pediatrician or a nutritionist, but remember, many people back in the 50s and 60s did this. There is no reason to panic if you find the store shelves empty because all the formula was sent to the border. Hey, you know the government doesn't care about yourself. Fight back by taking charge of your own life and your family's.

  1. My poor uneducated mother fed my sister and brothers Pet evaporated milk with Karo syrup. I doubt she sterilized anything. She would have just washed the bottles. She was able to breastfeed me but didn't have enough milk for my siblings.

    1. Ditto, my Mother did the same thing. I was raised on evaporated Pet milk with Karo syrup too. I sometimes wonder what 1950's physicians or group put that advice out? And when my daughter did not tolerate any form of milk my mother suggested non fat dry milk. Which worked beautifully. I also read many years ago babies in the New Orleans area were raised on a sort of "pot liquor",a vegetable broth I believe in the 19th century.

  2. "Fight back by taking charge of your own life and your family's".

There has been plenty of bad during the CovidScam/OWG Reset, no doubt. But I have found plenty that has been good also - at a personal level (in many ways, unpredictable and unforeseen consequences that were good outcomes when forced to make precedent hard choices) but you see it developing macro too. And what you say here is evidence of that. We are waking up, I think.

  3. Mrs. Krietzer:

I wonder if you would agree with how much money is spent on disposable diapers. My mother had four children and since my youngest brother is nearly six years younger than me I only recall my mother using disposable diapers while traveling on vacation and sometimes for bedtime. Cloth diapers saved our family lots of money for other things.

I am sure mothers who for whatever reason are unable to breastfeed can make their own formula. I worked at a grocery store for years in my younger days and remember loading cases of formula into customers cars. Back then I didn't really understand why the grocery store sold so much baby formula.

  4. I used cloth diapers for my first four and mostly disposable for the fifth. Looking back, I think I would have used cloth diapers for the youngest as well -- not only because of the money, but think of all those diapers in the landfills. We create an incredible amount of trash because of our disposable culture. I remember when soda bottles were returned and refilled and the attitude was use it up, repurpose it, and wear it out. Not today. I try to repurpose everything (shredded paper makes good mulch under pine needles) or at least use it twice before disposal. We are called to be good stewards of the earth and we could all do a better job of it.

  5. You said "... experts tell you not to make your own baby formula .... but it's likely babies will do better on homemade formula than anything available on the market ...".

Here's the back label of one of the formula products made by Big Formula:

Enfamil NeuroPro Gentlease (Ingredients listed in order)

    1: Corn Syrup Solids

    2: Vegetable Oil

    3: Partially Hydrogenized Nonfat Milk
(Note) Partially Hydrogenated Def: Hydrogenated oil comes in two forms: partially or fully hydrogenated. One use of hydrogenated oil is to preserve the shelf life of food. Partially hydrogenated oil contains trans fat that can raise cholesterol and result in health complications.

    4: Whey

    5: Mortierella Alpina Oil
(Note) “Please check ingredients lists for formula WITHOUT Mortierella alpina oil and Crypthecodinium cohnii oil (sometimes listed as M. alpina oil and C. cohnii oil). These oils are extracted from fermented fungus and algae with a neurotoxic chemical solvent, and some infants experience serious adverse reactions to these additives.” (Cornucopia Institute)

    6: Schizochytrium Sp. Oil
(Note) “However, since it is unknown to which species the strain Schizochytrium sp. belongs, the concern that this strain has the potential to produce other toxins remains … the Panel considers that those toxicological studies cannot be used to establish the safety of the oil produced by the strain … Therefore, based on the information provided by the applicant, the Panel concludes that the safety has not been established.” (European Food Safety Authority)

Manufactured by Mead Johnson Corp. Yuck.

Maybe, just maybe .... it's not such a bad thing that Formula is not available and parents are learning to replace Big Formula with their own recipes. I'm starting to think Big Formula might not be all that different from Big Pharma - based on this ingredient list in which some sketchy ingredients are not even recognizeable to science experts tasked with safety.

And, well, I'm looking at some baby formula recipes and, at my advancing age ... they're starting to look pretty good for my own midnight snack! 😎
