"Rescue Those Being Led to the Slaughter!" Rescuing Babies in the Womb is God's Will.

Some, even in the pro-life movement, oppose the rescue movement for "breaking the law." But the reality is that a law which violates God's law is no law at all.

Both St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas argued against the necessity to abide by an unjust law. And, in fact, even human law recognizes the legitimacy of violating a minor stature to protect life or property. If you see your neighbor's house on fire you can trespass and even break in to warn him of his danger. No one would argue that a fireman breaking windows to enter a home to save someone (or even to save a pet) had committed a crime.

A common Jewish saying also recognizes the value of saving a single life:

"Anyone who saves a life, it is as if he saved an entire world"

And what does God tell us in Scripture?

"Rescue those being led to the slaughter." Prov 24:11
"I say to you, as long as you did it to one of these my least brethren, you did it to me." Matt 25:40
"Greater love than this no man hath, that a man lay down his life for his friends." John 15:13

Saving lives is what rescue is all about.

Those among us courageous and selfless enough to lay down their lives for the least ones in the womb deserve our prayers, encouragement, and financial support. (You can send money orders for use in the jail commissary.) I received the email below from a friend yesterday and I pass on the information and urge you to write letters of support to the five Garland 9 prisoners currently being held until sentencing. (Think about that. These non-violent individuals are in jail until sentencing. How many Antifa/BLM rioters and murderers were in jail for five minutes? Justice in this country is no longer blind!)

Please pray for those currently on trial in D.C. Following the email, I am also posting the contact information for Fr. Fidelis who is in jail in New York for a previous rescue. Don't let these brave souls be forgotten. Share this information with others. Letters from children I'm sure would be especially appreciated. Praying and writing are both spiritual and corporal works of mercy. Give the Blessed Mother a birthday gift, by writing to at least one of them today.

The second group of four went on trial on September 6.

This group has the two Boston women:

Jean Marshall
1209 OCEAN ST - UNIT 314
Marshfield, MA  02050

Paulette (Marshall) Harlow
11 BLAIR DR
Kingston, MA  02364-1713

These two are sisters, both nurses, and 70+ in age.  Paulette is a Third Order Franciscan.  Due a sclerosis (?) in her spine and neck, Paulette has been granted severance from the rest of the group and will be tried in October rather than this week with the other three.

Paulette is currently in a lot of pain and stress.
