Muslims are the descendants of Ishmael and called Ishmaelites in the Bible. Jews are the descendants of Isaac. Neither have converted to Christianity ("love thy neighbor") so the old laws are still in place (hatred..."an eye for an eye" etc).
Plus Islam did not come from God.
