Headlines and Article blurbs about the Sex Abuse Summit

Where is Cardinal O'Malley?  Phil Lawler weighs in the Vatican Meeting Programmed for Failure.
Conspicuously missing from the program is any major address by Cardinal Sean O’Malley, the chairman of the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors. It was shocking that Cardinal O’Malley was not included in the preparatory commission for the event; it is still more astonishing that he is not listed among the featured speakers.

Cardinals Burke and Brandmüller insist that Church leaders must address not only the protection of young people from abuse, but a “much greater crisis” in the Church. They point to homosexual influence that “has been spread within the Church, promoted by organized networks and protected by a climate of complicity and a conspiracy of silence.”
Pope's 21 "Reflection Points" on the crisis say not one word about homosexuality! 
Several of the suggestions are on the theme of seminary formation of priests and the proper penalties for priests or religious who commit abuse. [but completely ignore the necessity to screen out homosexuals from the priesthood #16, #17, #18]

Nabi Sayeth: The Ruth Study Shows Correlation between Homosexual Priests and Sex Abuse

Nabi Sayeth: Just in time for the bishop’s annual meeting in Baltimore, the Ruth Institute issued on November 2 the results of a study on the correlation between homosexual priests and sexual abuse in our Church. Father Paul Sullen’s research concluded that there is a disturbingly high correlation.
