Can you imagine the uproar if this study were done in the United States among a majority population of white women - say college coeds on ivy league campuses? But poor black African women are expendable. Let them get AIDS; it will reduce the excess population. Where's the uproar?

Talk about "ugly Americans!" The elitists would happily have only two classes in the world. Themselves as rulers and the rest of us as their compliant slaves to clean their houses, their jets, and not mess up their favorite vacation spots.
