January 5th is a watershed day for the people of New York state. A number of bills will be introduced in the legislature that endanger the life and freedom of that state's residents. Let's look at a few.

Bill A.416 : 

Section one of the bill adds § 2120-a to the public health law relating to the removal and detention of cases, contacts, and carriers who are or may be a danger to public health; other orders. Subdivision 1 defines the circumstances that the provisions of this section shall be utilized in the event that the governor declares a state of health emergency due to an epidemic of any communicable disease. 

Subdivision 2 authorizes under clear and convincing evidence that the governor or his delegate may order the removal and/or detention of such a person or of a group of such persons by issuing a single order. The evidence should conclude that the health of others may be endangered by a case, contact, or carrier or of one of suspect of a communicable disease and that after consultation with the commissioner, may pose an imminent and significant threat to the public health resulting in severe morbidity or high mortality. Such persons or group of people shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility designated by the governor or his or her delegate.

Subdivision 3 requires that any person or group removed or detained by order of the governor or his or her delegate shall be detained for as long as the department may direct.

Bill A.8378: 

Authorizes the commissioner of health to develop and supervise the execution of a program of immunization against COVID-19 for purposes of state aid to schools; requires immunization against COVID-19 for attendance at school. [Children are at almost negligible risk from the Wuhan virus. On the other hand the "vaccine" is killing them at a previously unheard of rate of vaccine fatalities. New York parents should pull their children out of the schools and home school if they can't flee the state!]

Bill A.8398: 

would eliminate religious exemptions for certain students and limit medical exemptions by local governments. 

Bill A.3192: 

Permits any child who is at least fourteen years of age to have administered to himself or herself, regardless of parental consent, certain immunizations required or recommended by law. [This withdraws parental oversight and protection of their children. in some places, children have been bribed with pizza and fast food to get the vaccines without parental permission. In case of adverse reactions or death, would parents have any recourse. Big Pharma is already exempt from consequences. This essentially gives our children to the government.]

New York will not be the only state trying to enact these types of laws. All Americans need to be alert to the draconian laws coming to us from the liberal left. Pray and fight!
