Ya think? I happen to have friends with a son-in-law stationed in Hawaii. He and his wife were present at this event so I heard about it several days before seeing the photo. My friend told us the bus came into the hangar with the door away from the families. The soldiers debarked and the families began chanting, "Move that bus! Move that bus!" When the bus moved the soldiers and their families ran over to welcome each other. My friend's daughter described the clinch. The gay soldier and his homosexual partner ran to each other and the soldier leaped into the other man's arms straddling him with his legs as is clearly shown in the photo. Soldiers are supposed to refrain from PDA (public display of affection) while in uniform, but at homecomings there is some leniency. (A little too much in this case.) Interesting that my friend said her daughter described the rather restrained welcomes of the normal families. (In other words no full body hugs pressing private parts together.) Keep in mind there were lots of children present. But as the World Net Daily article points out, no one can say one word against this privileged behavior. After all, it's a new "gay" military world. Let the sodomy in the barracks begin.

World Net Daily on "Dropping the H-Bomb": Homosexualizing the U.S. Military

For the first time in its history World Net Daily has posted their complete magazine on line. The issue of homosexualizing the military is that important. Among those writing in the issue is a hero of the Vietnam War, Jeremiah Denton, a faithful Catholic, who returned to the U.S. after years in a POW camp. He described the culture shock of finding a country that in a few short years had become almost unrecognizable to him because of the moral collapse. His book, When Hell Was in Session, is a must read for anyone who wants to understand what our POWs experienced in VietNam and why the betrayal by liberals like Jane Fonda was so evil and insidious.  

Check out World Net Daily's on-line magazine and pray that many will read why officers are resigning their commissions rather than participate in the immoral indoctrination of their troops. I'm sure this is deja vu for some veterans. A friend of mine, a Navy Captain, resigned his commission in the 80s when Bill Clinton watered down military discipline with the Don't Ask Don't Tell policy. The new policy further distorts and debases military readiness with a huge social experiment in political correctness.  God help our poor country!

House Votes to Repeal "Don't Ask, Don't Tell"

Last night the House voted to repeal the "don't ask, don't tell" policy allowing those with perverted sexual attractions to serve openly in the military. (Go here... )What will this do to the military? For one thing, it will sure make me discourage any of my relatives from serving.

Can you imagine being an 18-year-old male recruit sleeping in a barracks with homosexuals who think your cute? With open showers? How can you fail to notice that you turn on the guy at the shower head next to you? Will the girls and the heterosexual men now be sharing showers as well? If not, why not? The lunacy of homosexuals in the military makes my head swim. It converts the military into one more politically correct entity that advances the gay agenda.

And then there is the dilemma of the recruit who is being sexually approached by the gay guys. Will he be able to complain? What if it's his sargeant making double entendre statements? Will he be labeled homophobic if he dares to show the normal reaction of disgust?

Our society has created a protected class based on a preference for perverted and disgusting sexual behavior. That it is permeating all sectors of society as a "civil right" shows just how depraved the culture has become. Tolerance for the intolerable is no virtue. Lust is one of the seven deadly sins and the fact of lusting after someone of the same sex just makes it perverted and deadly in more ways than one.

Will We "Celebrate" Memorial Day by Seeing the Military Approve Homosexuality?

If that happens it will be a tragedy. The Pentagon's own data indicates that homosexuals in the military commit a disproportionate number of sexual assaults. Here are just a few examples from a report by the Family Research Council:

36-year-old Marine Sgt. Sean D. Habian used both alcohol and homosexual pornography in the course of assaulting a 21-year-old Lance Corporal.


Marine Sgt. Steven G. Carlson, a military police instructor, took advantage of his position to exploit his students, inviting them to social events, plying them with alcohol, and playing games like “truth or dare” to identify who might be receptive to homosexual activity. One of his victims “testified that the appellant’s acts shocked him, he froze, and was scared.”

Homosexual activists are fond of saying that the military cannot afford to lose the specialized skills that some homosexual service members have-such as translators and linguists. Air Force Sgt. Eric P. Marcum was a Persian-Farsi linguist-but also was charged with forcible sodomy against a male Senior Airman who “testified that Appellant’s actions made him scared, angry, and uncomfortable.”

Air Force Major Rickie J. Bellanger was charged with sexually abusing two minor boys-one of whom had begun corresponding with Maj. Bellanger when he was in the fifth grade.

Military cohesiveness, discipline, and health are all threatened by homosexuals in the ranks. Not only should "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" not be repealed; homosexuals should be banned from serving in the military as they were in the past. No particular kind of deviant behavior deserves to be thought of as a civil right. That it more and more is just indicates the death of common sense in our culture. The likelihood of its restoration seems remote since a generation of young people have been brainwashed to accept deviant behavior as normal. But the impact on the military is disasterous, especially in a war where you may have to worry not only about the enemy in front of you, but the one in back as well.

Retired Navy Captain tells why homosexuals don't belong in the military

Admiral Mike Mullen has spent too much time rolling in the waves of political correctness. Homosexuals in the military are not just a bad idea, but a REALLY bad idea. Retired Navy Captain Jim Jefferis tells why. The question is, will anybody listen? All of our institutions have become laboratories for social experiments no matter who gets harmed in the process. Children are guinea pigs for Planned Parenthoods anything goes sex education and then Oprah and the world wonder why middle school kids engage in oral sex and don't think it's sex. Mom's kill their children by abortion and then the world gasps in astonished horror when teenage parents throw their newborn in a dumpster. The law sanctions the murder of brain damaged patients like Terri Schiavo and laments the parent who bashes out the brains of his handicapped infant.

At least once a day I shake my head and say we live in a lunatic asylum which is insulting to lunatics because most of them actually have a more acute moral sense than the faculty at our Ivy League Universities (Think Peter Singer and his philosophy that pigs have more rights than babies!) and certainly more than Admiral Mullen.

If the Navy had any sense they'd pitch out Admiral Mullen and promote Captain Jefferis to Admiral and bring him out of retirment to restore common sense to what has become the most politically correct of the Armed Forces. My dad, who was a Rear Admiral when he retired, must be rolling over in his grave over the insanity going on in the service. I'm glad he only lived to see Zumwalt's idiocy with the long hair, sideburns, and lax discipline. I think he would have had plenty to say about Mullen, none of it complimentary.

Deep-Sixing "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" Policy Will Hurt Military

Obama is as busy promoting his liberal agenda as termites in the deep south eating the foundations of wooden houses. Babies in the womb have been a major target, but now he's turning to their older brothers and sisters in the military. Obama promised during the campaign and again in January that he plans to deep-six the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy in the military and allow homosexuals to serve openly. Consider the impact in an environment where soldiers share open shower facilities, "hot bunk" on subs and on ships, and experience the other stresses of living in close quarters. Will this increase cohesiveness in the military? Not hardly. And what will be the impact on the all-volunteer force?

According to a Military Times Poll, 58% of active duty subscribers were opposed to a change in the policy. Ten percent said they would not re-enlist and another 14% said it would impact their decision. Can the military afford to eliminate 24% of its recruits. How many would not sign up at all?

Elaine Donnelly writing for The Tank, National Review's military blog, opines that "Corollary programs to make the new policy 'work' would include professional 'diversity training' to enforce acceptance, and 'zero tolerance' of anyone who disagrees. Dissenters would face discipline and be denied promotions, which would end their military careers. Incidents of misconduct would increase threefold, to include male/male and female/female misconduct that undermines discipline and demoralizes the troops. These results would harm recruiting and retention, and effectively destroy the volunteer force."

Is Donnelly right? Is finding out the hard way worth the risk?
