U.S. Received "Credible Reports" of Impending Embassy Attacks...

...and did nothing!

Revealed: inside story of US envoy's assassination:
American officials believe the attack was planned, but Chris Stevens had been back in the country only a short while and the details of his visit to Benghazi, where he and his staff died, were meant to be confidential.
The US administration is now facing a crisis in Libya. Sensitive documents have gone missing from the consulate in Benghazi and the supposedly secret location of the "safe house" in the city, where the staff had retreated, came under sustained mortar attack. Other such refuges across the country are no longer deemed "safe".
Some of the missing papers from the consulate are said to list names of Libyans who are working with Americans, putting them potentially at risk from extremist groups....
According to senior diplomatic sources, the US State Department had credible information 48 hours before mobs charged the consulate in Benghazi, and the embassy in Cairo, that American missions may be targeted, but no warnings were given for diplomats to go on high alert and "lockdown", under which movement is severely restricted.
Apparently the administration was too busy with campaign events to worry about our personnel in dangerous countries. But Obama took time out from his fundraising to call and thank the Libyan President for his "condolences."

Wow! Our ambassador and three others are murdered and another group is seriously wounded in what now looks like a deliberate and sustained terrorist attack. Libyan security inside the compound apparently directed the killers to the "safe" zone where the ambassador was taken. The ambassador reportedly was raped and sodomized before the murder.

Exactly where were was the Libyan military? The attack went on for several hours. Was there any attempt to send defenders? What exactly is President Obama thanking Libya for?

And how dare Obama compare the dead to his campaign volunteers! Yes, he really did. Here's what The Examiner reported about his Las Vegas interlude:
On Wednesday, President Obama compared his campaign volunteers to the embassy staff who were murdered by Islamist gunmen in Libya while speaking in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Washington Examiner reported.
"And obviously [our] hearts are broken for the families but I wanted to encourage those folks at the State Department that they were making a difference,” he said.
“The sacrifices that our troops and our diplomats make are obviously very different from the challenges that we face here domestically but like them, you guys [his campaign volunteers] are Americans who sense that we can do better than we’re doing….I’m just really proud of you,” he added
Yeah, those volunteers make real sacrifices: knocking on doors in the heat, hitting their thumbs with hammers while they pound signs in, eating too much and getting indigestion at campaign events. What sacrifice! Obama started out describing the "tough day that we've had" while everyone screamed and cheered and applauded. Just imagine how you would feel if you were the families of those murdered in Libya.

Pray for our poor country.
