Church is now in "Damage Control," because of the Relatio

Yup, as Cardinal Napier said, the damage is "irredeemable....The message has gone out and it is not a true message."

The perception is out there now. Was it disseminated deliberately?
No one will say who wrote the document, who released it, who approved it, who authorized giving it to the media before the Synod Fathers saw it. Who was responsible?

I have to say from past history, I don't think this was an accident. Personally, if I were an investigative reporter, I'd sniff around Cardinal Kasper and his followers. The marketing of dissent is nothing new as I wrote here and here. And heresy, as Fr. John Hardon frequently said, is ALWAYS, ALWAYS linked to clerics in the Church.

This is just one more example and proof that the smoke of Satan is in the sanctuary. And it illustrates once again the Blessed Mother's warning at Akita that we would see cardinal against cardinal.

When my friends and I, all pro-life activists, started Les Femmes twenty years ago it was because we realized the fight was in the Church. Without that interior warfare the murder of the unborn would have ended years ago, but the battle horn was blown with timidity after Roe v. Wade and deliberately so. Father, later Bishop James McHugh undermined the pro-life cause as he sat on the board of SIECUS (Sexuality Information and Education Council of the U.S.) and palled around with its president Mary Calderone who called him "Jimmy."

None of this should surprise or discourage Catholics. In fact, the only institution on the face of the planet that is worth the most diabolical assaults is the Catholic Church. So gird on your armor, Church Militant, and join the field of battle. The victory is ours, but, like our King's, it is not a cheap on. It requires willingness to suffer and even die for the love of Christ the King.
