Walking in the Footsteps of the Bolsheviks and French Revolutionaries

Walking in the footsteps of Robespierre and Lenin, our socialist revolutionaries

Conservative columnist Joe Sobran used to call the Democrats the "evil party" and the Republicans the "stupid party." If you know the policies of the Democrats, it's hard to claim they aren't evil as a party. Their policies and strategies make me think of the Bolsheviks of the 1917 Russian revolution and the Committee of Public Safety during the French Revolution. Both parties engaged in a reign of terror and murdered millions of people. But their murderous activities began by instigating mob violence. Isn't that what we are seeing from the Democrat party? They encouraged and enabled the 2020 riots. Their violent rhetoric continues to encourage attacks on law enforcement personnel and MAGA supporters. It's not surprising because they have for decades championed murder of the innocent. If you can kill the baby in the womb, you can justify any evil!

Pope Francis says Fraternity is the "anchor of salvation." REALLY? What happened to Jesus?

Pope Francis is at it again with his video message celebrating the Day of Human Fraternity.

It's deja vu! Or maybe we've wandered into a time warp in the universe taking us back to the "enlightenment" of the French Revolution with its motto of "liberty, equality, fraternity." Francis certainly seems to glory in the language of that era. Really...he wrote an entire encyclical on it that Topsy and Tuptim discussed at length.

We hear plenty of demands these days for liberty and freedom, most of which involve being "liberated" from, not only the laws of God, but from nature itself. And now Francis tells us in a video message celebrating the "Day of Human Fraternity" that Fraternity is the "anchor of salvation for humanity." Not Jesus Christ, of course, but "fraternity." Let's all hold hands and sing Kumbaya.

Our resolve is to walk side by side, “brothers and sisters all,” in order to be effective artisans of peace and justice."

It makes one's head spin.

Consecration of Russia and the "Diabolical Disorientation" of Our Time

I found this video very interesting. We certainly live in difficult and challenging times. How would things be different if one of the popes had listened to Mary's request and consecrated Russia in the way she asked? There have been several imperfect consecrations which brought limited good results, but Mary's request remains unfulfilled after a century.

Ben Stein Writes about "Fear in My Own Back Yard" as Protest Threatens His Home!

Editor's note: My colleague Susan wrote yesterday about Satan rolling into town. As she pointed out, it isn't the first time. We've seen revolutions throughout history looting, burning, murder, etc. Ben Stein wrote about it happening in his own back yard. Think you're immune? Your neighborhood may be next.

It's the French Revolution All Over Again!

So far the beheadings are statues. What's next?
I feel like we are living in late 18th century France. The "citizens" go every day to the guillotine for the entertainment of watching the latest cart of aristocrats get beheaded. Of course, as the reign of terror  escalated, anybody who wasn't sufficiently "woke" to the demands of Robespierre and his cohorts ended up in the Bastille or the local jail awaiting the next day's head rolling. Guillotines were set up in many towns and the people were expected to show up for the day's "entertainment" of watching the latest executions.

French Revolution 2.0

Remember when Paris was the romantic dream destinationBut at least just when we thought it was too late for France, we're given hope because finally the French people have had it with Macron and the globalists. They're tired of living on the edge with nothing while hordes of Islamic young men migrate by the millions and get a free ride. This is our future also should President Trump not win in 2020. It would have been what we'd be doing right now if Hillary had won.

The Coming Mobocracy: It's Deja Vu All Over Again!

The Masonic French revolution dressed up a prostitute as their "Goddess of Reason."
Today liberals continue to prostitute the truth.  We are at a crossroads. Who will you choose?
The French Revolution's prostitute Marianne or Mary, the Queen of Heaven, Our Lady of America.

What will happen on Tuesday? At the end of election day will the results stir hopes that we will return to being the Constitutional Republic founded by our forefathers? Or will we move closer to the violent mobocracy we've seen with Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and other leftist-inspired incidents of looting and violence in the name of liberalism?

More Love from the Left -- They Throw S*** at Coffee Shop Because Owner Supports Trump

‘I Love Peace,’ Says Boyle Heights Cafe Owner Of Protest Over Support Of Trump Immigration Policies
Will the left replace their "pussy"
hats with the phrygian cap of the
FRENCH REVOLUTION?

I had to laugh when I was reading this article because of the absolute insanity of the left, not to mention their blatant hypocrisy

Here's a business owner, a man who's name (Shalom) literally means  peace, a man who hires immigrants, is an immigrant himself, and has the audacity to believe in free speech.

Why is he labeled hateful? For no other reason than he supports Donald Trump's immigration policies and dared to tweet his opinion.

No free speech for you, Shalom!

But what made me laugh was the Chamber of Commerce giving him the boot in a sanctimonious letter.

Why? Well, read this excerpt:

Peter Fonda Wants to Kill Mary Ann and Me

Peter Fonda gives the ISIS "We're #1" sign.
Was it Peter Fonda who wanted to kill Mary Ann and me in 2017? On June 20th, 2018, just to let the world know that he's still here since most people have forgotten has-been Peter Fonda, he tweeted that he wanted to rip Barron Trump from his mother's arms and put him in a cage with pedophiles. After that, slimy Peter wants to put Kristjen Nielsen in a cage and poked at by passersby. The g - - h should be pilloried in Lafayette Square naked and whipped by passersby while being filmed for posterityCages. Filming. Whipping. Nudity. Kidnapping. Sounds as if washed up Peter has found a new career with ISIS as their chief filmmaker.

But at least the old coot
did not say that he wanted his victims dead, while the person attacking Mary Ann and me last year definitely wanted us to die. The words used to describe us and this blog are too vile to post here, but I will say how the person wants us to die. We are to f - - -ing die disgusting deaths. Long, lingering, painful, humiliating, sh - - -ing and pi - - ing themselves in public, oozing putrid, vile deaths. And then they need to burn in hell for eternity.

Wake up, America. The Left Wants a Replay of 1789 Paris!

Execute this selfish, rich, narcissistic Republican!

Hey, Toto, we're not in Kansas anymore. We're in Liberal La-La Land where the mob wants to resurrect the guillotine in Washington, D.C. and execute conservatives beginning with Donald Trump.

I started reading Jason Fuller's article calling for Trump's execution for treason (published and withdrawn by the Huffington Post after the shooting in Alexandria), but it was so full of lies (or delusions if he really believes what he wrote) that I started to hyper-ventilate. I stopped to pray a Memorare for the poor man.

The Holy Martyrs of Compiègne of the French Revolution

Did the sacrifice of the Carmelite martyrs
 end the Reign of Terror?
Last night I finished reading The Song at the Scaffold, the novella by Gertrud von Le Fort which tells the story of the fourteen Carmelite martyrs of Compiègne during the French Revolution. I always wonder when I'm reading historical fiction how accurate the story is. Le Fort focuses on the youngest member of the congregation, a timid and fear-filled novice, the daughter of a skeptic who supported the ideals of the revolution.

[Spoiler alert!]

We've Seen this Before: The New Community Organizer on the Block is Indivisible!

Vendee version of
Viva Cristo Rey
You've seen it on college campuses. You've seen it at Trump rallies. You've seen it in Ferguson and other Black Lives Matter riots. You've seen it used by PICO, VOICE, ACORN, GAMALIEL, and the Industrial Areas Foundation. It's the Alinskyite community organizing tactics: any and all strategies, moral or immoral, to accomplish their goals. It's power by mob action.

Whether they use money or psychological techniques, it's all about manipulating a mob to get what you want. The leaders of the French Revolution were so good at it they killed over 100,000 including the extermination of men, women, and children who were fighting for faith and freedom in the Vendee. Those French people weren't nobles; they were almost all peasants. They never oppressed anyone. What they did do was resist the murder and imprisonment of their priests and the closing of their churches. They wore the image of the Sacred Heart on their clothing as they fought.

July 14th: Never Forget Bastille Day. It Fomented the Worst Christian Persecution Since Diocletian!

Solzhenitsyn Mourned Bastille Day. So Should All Christians.
"Tuesday, July 14 probably passes without much fanfare in your home, but the date, Bastille Day, marks the beginning of the greatest organized persecution of Christians since the Emperor Diocletian. This day, the beginning of the French Revolution, also planted the seeds for the murderous ideologies of socialism and nationalism that would poison the next two centuries, murdering millions of believers and other innocent civilians...."
The story of the uprising in the Vendée.should be in the memories of every Catholic. Those Peasant-apostles of truth fought to restore Catholic France, but most died agonizing and bloody deaths. How many Catholics know anything about their courageous brothers and sister who fought so valiantly under the banner of Christ?

Would You Buy This Game?

I got an email from Amazon today suggesting games for Christmas. There's one called Guillotine, which has apparently been around for years (How did I miss it?). The object of the game is for player "executioners" to collect the heads of nobles to earn points. Here's the list of reviews.
I'm curious. Have you ever played this? Do you think such a "game" has any redeeming value (e.g., teaching about a historical period)? Is it dangerous to treat horrendous events in a humorous way vs. games like Trivial Pursuit or Jeopardy that deal in factual knowledge? Does the cartoon-like depiction of the victims trivialize a horrifying period of history? Do you think people would give a game a favorable rating that treated Holocaust victims this way? Would you buy Guillotine? If so, for what ages would you consider it
appropriate?
