Have you ever noticed that most of Church Militant's non-scandalous content is behind a pay wall for "premium subscribers." Their bread and butter and click bait is salacious scandal. Do great evils need to be exposed? Yes. But take a look at The Remnant, Catholic Family News, LifeSiteNews, and other mature Catholic media and compare the difference in the way things are covered.
