That Hideous Strenth

Do you ever think about evil? C.S. Lewis did. He got into the mind of the devil in The Screwtape Letters and he showed the perfect icon for evil in That Hideous Strength. And what was that icon? A bureaucracy. We can see the appropriateness of his image in the little Nazi clerk, Adolph Eichmann sitting at a desk in an office ticking off his death victims on long lists. The Gestapo, the KGB, China's population enforcers - they all belong to the bureaucratic establishment. Evil is ordinary and the bureaucracy dilutes responsibility. "I was just doing my job," says the agent of evil pointing to his boss and his boss's boss, up the line. Lewis saw bureaucrats in pinstripe suits not Darth Vaders in black capes as agents of the Evil Empire. And when the anti-Christ comes he will no doubt be a man of the world standing before a teleprompter in front of a world logo wearing a subdued tie with a handkerchief poking out of his breast pocket. Evil is planned in elegant offices in multi-story buildings in big cities and we have our very own in New York. It's called the United Nations.

The Catholic Family and Human Rights Institute is the primary watchdog over the evil agenda at the U.N. which includes spreading abortion far and wide around the world. Hillary Clinton recently addressed a U.N. meeting sponsored by the Office for Population to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Cairo meeting which went all out for controlling population by abortion. C-FAM's press release describes the Secretary of State's pledge to promote "reproductive health" (codespeak for abortion on demand) to every country on the planet:

(NEW YORK – C-FAM) In Washington last week, United States (U.S.) Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced that the United States would engage in a massive funding push over the next five years to promote “reproductive health care and family planning” as a “basic right” around the word. Clinton has previously stated for the record that this includes abortion. The plan includes potentially siphoning off funds currently directed towards fighting HIV/AIDs, tuberculosis and malaria.

Commemorating the fifteenth anniversary of the controversial International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) in Cairo, Clinton said there were only five years left to achieve ICPD’s goal that “all governments will make access to reproductive healthcare and family planning services a basic right.” Read more...

Population control is endemic to U.N. programs. It pervades UNICEF, one more program to "help" children by killing children. They have direct connections to abortion promotion in the third world and are up to their necks in the culture of death.

How much money does the United States funnel into this evil bureaucracy? For 2009 the assessed amount was almost $600 million, 22% of the U.N.'s budget, the annual U.S. bailout. The U.N. can only do its evil because of our financial support!

When all those doomsday scenarios are hawked by the global warming fanatics I can't help thinking one would be a blessing - the sinking of the U.N. into a fissure that takes it straight down to hell where it belongs.

  1. I've read online recently that the UN should move to Jerusalem. In the move, Left Behind, the antichrist is shown at the UN. It seems to me that Obama is taking the U.S. closer to being under the UN as well. Is this where we are heading? It looks like it to me.
