There's no better place to say the rosary than on a walk in the woods. Join me on the rosary walk my husband and I took today on North Mountain in the Shenandoah Valley. God has blessed us with so much beauty. How can we not thank him for it!

March Madness: I challenge you!

No, I'm not talking about basketball. March begins the walk challenge: walk 100 miles in 100 days. (It's a WVU program.) Not that difficult, but a little more than you'd expect. For example, it's raining today. What to do? My solution is walking with Leslie. Try it yourself. She has a one mile walk on the sidebar of her website.

I also like to turn it into a Catholic Church Militant Walking Challenge: the 100 mile 100 rosary walk challenge. Soldiers in the Church Militant need both physical and spiritual strength. So get on your walking shoes, pick up your finger rosary, and move on out.
