Educating People on Pro-Life Truth

My friend Missy Smith is running for Congress in the District of Columbia against Eleanor Holmes Norton. One of the most important part of her campaign is educating voters on the life issues. Missy is an abortion survivor who knows the personal pain of a mother killing her children. She founded the organization Wake Up! and is an eloquent defender of both the unborn baby's right to live and the baby's mom to be protected from the lies, unscrupulous actions, and butchery of the bottom feeders in the abortion industry.

Getting ads like Missy's on TV is almost impossible because the drive-by media loves abortion almost as much as radical feminists and liberal politicians. But the media is obliged to take political ads and have no right of censorship. So running for office is one of the most effective ways to get pro-life ads on TV. Check out the two below which are scheduled to run in the late news hours on the three major networks. And please help purchase additional air time by contributing to Missy's campaign. I did and I pray you will too. Every little bit counts. Give the widow's mite and receive the blessing promised by St. Luke, "for the measure you measure out will be measured back to you." Think of the harvest of grace you will receive from God who will reward you for standing up for his babies. He will not be outdone in generosity!

This is too good an opportunity to miss! Donate to Missy's campaign here.

  2. I respect the right of anyone to hold either pro-life or pro-choice beliefs. What I do not respect is anyone who would willingly broadcast images designed to protect children at a place and time where they could traumatize them: in the 4:00 hour on a weekday afternoon on broadcast television. Equal Access rules were not created for this reason or any like it. I sincerely hope you all receive the reward your are expecting, and I sincerely hope when you do, you remember why.

  3. I have five children and have always found them more resilient than people think. In my experience, when children see these pictures they ask questions like, "Who hurt the baby?" It's an opportunity to reassure them that you are their protector and will never let anyone hurt them.

Children are not targeted by the ads and it is unfortunate that they may be exposed. Most of the channels are running warnings giving parents a chance to change the channel.

I wonder whether you are as concerned about the scandal in the classroom with children being indoctrinated in fornication and the gay lifestyle. Many sex ed and so-called safe touch programs are pornographic. They are far more dangerous to the souls of our children than pictures of aborted babies are to their psyches.
