This was a "safe, legal" abortion mill targeting the poor. Nobody bothered about these women. Nobody cared about their safety. Gosnell made millions preying on these women. He was a back alley butcher on main street.  Where were the feminists who claim to care about women? Women are expendable to them as long as the sacrament of abortion is maintained. Abortion is the #1 killer of black people killing more than all other causes combined.
