From the Mouths of Babes: There are Still Some REAL Catholic Schools

Rejoice! And pray for these young people. They are the future of the Church and the future of our country. May God multiply their numbers!

What's Happening on Catholic College Campuses?

The same thing that's happening on secular college campuses -- in fact there's a song that describes it - Anything Goes!

And here are a few illustrations:
Jesuit University Blog Cheers Gay Marriage  (Yup, anything goes at Jesuit Universities.)
Dorm Sex? No problemo (The nerve of a student complaining about the anything goes lifestyle on campus.)
And then there's the pro-Obama bias on Catholic campuses. (Anything goes when it comes to killing babies!)
At DePaul pro-gay and pro-polygamy links A-okay!
If you didn't think things could get any worse on secular campuses, think again. Harvard has approved a BDSM club, (aka Bondage and Discipline, Dominance and Submission, Sadism and Masochism). Maybe they'll sell whips and chains in the student bookstore. And for this, parents and students are spending $57 - $62 K?

It's time to rethink college. If you can't afford an authentically Catholic school think about local community college (living at home) so young people can develop a little more maturity before being thrust into the Sodom and Gomorrah life. You can get a decent education at many secular schools, but only if classes are selected with great care and professors are vetted to exclude intolerant liberals (is that redundant) who penalize students who won't tow the party line.

Congratulations to DeSales University

They stick by their Catholic identity!

Faithful Catholic College Responds to LGBT Petition

They just said, "No." Why should a Catholic school allow a group that promotes a  lifestyle the Church believes is sinful? It's like demanding a smoking and drinking club at a Baptist school. People can smoke and drink off campus. And who is preventing LGBT students from getting together and talking about whatever. If they want their school to sanction their behavior they have the choice to go elsewhere. You can treat someone with respect as a child of God without approving their agenda. The "gay" message that anyone who disagrees with them is hateful is, in fact, hateful and slanderous. Send DeSales a big thank you for sticking by their Catholic identity!
