No Contest! Planned Parenthood facilities are almost all in inner city neighborhoods where they prey on the poor and minorities. Blacks represent about 12% of the population. Black women have almost 40% of the abortions. In New York City 78% of the abortions are on black and Hispanic mothers. Almost two out of three pregnancies among black women end in abortion. CNN reported in 2014 that NYC's abortion numbers for 2011 (the latest available), 76,251 for one year, outstripped every state in the country. Hey, it's the Big Apple after all.
