Communism has made intricate preparations in many fields for the destruction of humanity. Originating in Europe, communism launched violent revolutions and seized power in the two great powers of the East — Russia and China. The communist camp and Western society entered into a long confrontation in the Cold War. After the collapse of the Soviet Union and the Eastern European communist bloc, communists began sowing their factors in both Eastern and Western societies and also sought to establish a tightly controlled global government.
In order to achieve this goal, communism must create or use an “enemy” that threatens all of mankind and intimidates the public around the world into handing over both individual liberty and state sovereignty. Creating a global panic about looming environmental and ecological disasters almost appears an inevitable route to achieving this goal.
The chapter is chilling and it convincingly presents the union between Communism and environmentalism. Frederick Engels, intimate friend of Karl Marx and co-founder of Marxism, published this in his collected essays, Dialectics of Nature (1883):
Life is the mode of existence of albuminous [i.e., proteinous] bodies.
Commentary on this view describes the attitude of Communism which makes man lower than the environment God created for him:
In this view, human life is a no more than a unique configuration of proteins, no different in any essential manner from animals or plants — thus, it is only logical that humans may be deprived of freedom, and even their lives, in the name of protecting nature.
The chapter continues giving many examples of Communist writers placing the environment above human life itself and calling for global action. Sadly, the pope and our bishops appear to have embraced this error with gusto. While paying lip service to the priority of life issues, we get almost no discussion about protecting life and the evils of abortion, euthanasia, assisted suicide, etc. On the other hand we get endless commentary and scolding about obligation to protect the planet.
| The green movement is red! |
The Green Party had its origin in Communism (check out Gorbachev's involvement) and its adherents have often used eco-terrorism in the mode of the Bolsheviks to advance its cause. Like Communism, the Green movement teaches that the end justifies any means used to protect the planet:
Greenpeace co-founder, Paul Watson, who left the organization in 1977, said: “The secret to David McTaggart’s [the former chairman’s] success is the secret to Greenpeace’s success: It doesn’t matter what is true, it only matters what people believe is true… You are what the media define you to be. [Greenpeace] became a myth, and a myth-generating machine.” ...
The strategy employed by radical environmental organizations such as Greenpeace is to use any means necessary to achieve their goals. On this point, radical environmentalism is highly consistent with communism.
That Catholics, especially the pope and bishops, have become co-operators in this fraud is tragic. There is no "scientific consensus" on climate change. It's a manufactured myth to advance globalism. As always Communists use fear and fellow travelers (like Greta Thunberg, Pope Francis, and Pope Leo) to advance their cause. We need to challenge the lie and respond with the truth. Sharing Chapter Sixteen is one way to do it. Don't let the commies control the narrative without pushback. As for Pope Leo, put him on ice. He has nothing constructive to add to the discussion.
