Poor Virginia, the Tyrants Reign!

The redistricting results are in. The barbarians have destroyed the gates of the city and are burning, looting, and setting all on fire. The white witch reigns and will no doubt sign the bill which will make voting in any general election in the future pointless. I'll still go to the polls and cast my vote realizing it won't matter because Virginia will go with the popular vote of the nation even if every voter in the state disagrees.

We need to change the Virginia seal because the tyrant has risen and executed the patriot!

Despite the fact that almost every county in Virginia voted no to the redistricting gerrymandering steal, the liberals in northern Virginia, Richmond, and Norfolk (How much cheating took place?) won. Take a look at the voting tally and map. We live in a red state. But those of us in the red counties always lose to the liberal cities.

Since I don't put my trust in men, I'm not devastated. Neither am I surprised. How many know nothings out there who should have voted NO stayed home? Virginia is the 12th most populous state in the country. Almost six and half million legal voters reside here. Only half voted. How many of those voters would have voted red if they bothered to study the issue and go to the polls? How many sensible businesses will flee the state? How many of us will be taxed into poverty? How many more Virginians will be murdered by protected violent offenders let loose on our streets?

I love Virginia. I hate to see the state that gave the nation so many Founding Fathers and presidents in the hands of evil, yes evil, men and women. Since Spanberger became governor we are becoming poorer, less safe, and less free. Her campaign promises were political lies. But will she be blamed or will the Democrats continue the blame Trump for everything game?

My dad used to say that when 49% of the people are paying for the other 51%, revolution happens. What will that revolution look like? I don't know. I'm too old to flee and the thought of moving is overwhelming. Besides, most of our children are here. So I will continue as I am with prayer and trust in God. Nothing can happen outside his perfect or permissive will. And all things work together for good to those that love Him. All things! So I will wait to see what good comes out of what looks like a very dark day in Virginia.

Keep praying, people. The Son still shines!

  1. Mail-in ballots were 45+ "YES" for the amendment, unlike in-person, which were nearly even. How much cheating? Just count the number of mail-in ballots over 50%...

Time to give back those slivers of NoVA to DC.

  2. Mary Ann, part of the problem is that the Republican party let it come to this sad state of affairs. The tipping point was when George Bush, supporting Hagar, and the NRA threw Mark Early under the bus. When Tom Bolvin lost his election in 2003 and asked for an investigation into what was allegedly fraud, Kilgore and company ignored. Republican behavior of throwing colleagues under the bus was at the time, consistent with Newt letting Bomber Bob Dornan's loss go uncontested in 1994. Republicans almost always betray their base.

    1. I agree. They refused to back Ken Cuccinelli for governor in 2013. Virginia would be very different if the Republican Party wasn't filled with RINOs. I stopped giving to the party years ago. When they call asking for donations I tell them why I won't support the party, only individual candidates. It's a mess, that's for sure.
