Some Good News After the Bad News in Virginia

Tazewell County Circuit Court Judge Jack Hurley Jr. issued an injunction barring certification of the election results pending appeal. The judge reaffirmed prior rulings, declared the referendum unconstitutional and the amendment process of HB 1384 unconstitutional.

God bless Judge Hurley and his tribe. I would love to see a class action lawsuit against the Democrats by voters. I'm no lawyer; is that even possible? I would join in a nano-second and contribute to the legal expenses. Virginia is my patria

I wasn't born here but have lived in Virginia most of my adult life. I love her from the monuments in Northern Virginia, to the Blue Ridge Parkway along the Appalachians, to the Shenandoah Valley with its pastoral farmland. I love the winding Shenandoah River with its seven bends in my own neck of the woods.

I love to hike the trails and byways and watch the native birds and the occasional migrating strangers. Whether I'm walking the beaches or a mountain trail with my grandkids, collecting seashells for a wreath or rocks to paint, I'm filled with gratitude for this great state. I'm filled with grief for what the Democrats are doing to her!

I love our forefathers who fought in the revolution, signed the Declaration of Independence and served as presidents, especially George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison. I love our heroes of the War between the states who were real officers and gentleman, especially Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson, men of faith and honor.

I love our parks, our vineyards, our farmers markets and orchards. I love the friendliness of the rural towns and their residents who smile and wave as they drive by. And how I love our public servants: the police officers, postal workers, fire fighters, and others all willing to offer a helping hand which, on several occasions, we've experienced first hand. Their attitude is so different from many we met when we lived in Fairfax County where rudeness often seemed to be the default position. Yes, I thank God for the rural towns and communities of western Virginia.

My state, our state, doesn't deserve to be in the hands of tyrants like Abigail Spanberger and Soros-funded Fairfax County D.A. Steve Descano who has released murderers over and over back onto Virginia's streets. Seventy-five percent of the murders in Fairfax County so far this year were committed by illegals released in our Spanberger-assigned sanctuary state. [Source] Imagine how glad I am not to live any longer in Fairfax County which Democrat Descano has turned into a haven for murderers.

Meanwhile, Spanberger has promoted and signed multiple gun control bills to make Virginians hostages to violent offenders. And with regard to releasing brutal killers, what can one expect when our attorney general, Jay Jones, fantasizes about murdering his political opponent and seeing his children dead in their mother's arms?

We are in the hands of evil politicians who stoke hatred among their followers by their words and release murderers to kill again. And the violent offenders do with the help of Spanberger and Descano. It's time to "Take back Virginia" before more Virginians suffer under these tyrants.

Visit Take back Virginia and make your voice heard. One letter received in a politicians office reflects the views of dozens of others. Imagine the impact of writing even one letter a month to the governor and your representatives in the General Assembly. Always be courteous, but let these tyrants know where you stand. Spanberger has been rumored as being groomed for the oval office. What a horrifying thought! Let's stop her now with letters to the editor and political involvement. Christians especially have an obligation to make their voices heard in the market place. We don't place our trust in men, but that doesn't lessen our obligation to defend the common good. May God give us the grace to do it well.

And please pray in thanksgiving today for Judge Jack Hurley, Jr.
