Last Sunday, Father preached on mercy which is a subset of charity. There's plenty of false mercy out there these days. We see it preached by those who tell us to "welcome the strangers" invading our shores. Meanwhile, Spain saw a one-day influx of about 60,000 Moors from Morocco, pouring into the city of Ceuta. According to news reports the invasion was facilitated by sex traffickers and most of those entering were young men. What does that do to a country if they allow it to continue citing "mercy?"

Tazewell County Circuit Court Judge Jack Hurley Jr. issued an injunction barring certification of the election results pending appeal. The judge reaffirmed prior rulings, declared the referendum unconstitutional and the amendment process of HB 1384 unconstitutional.

God bless Judge Hurley and his tribe. I would love to see a class action lawsuit against the Democrats by voters. I'm no lawyer; is that even possible? I would join in a nano-second and contribute to the legal expenses. Virginia is my patria.

The governor signing sanctuary legislation hours after Minter's heinous murder. These people are "far left lunatics." And, yes, they hate us.

Is there anything shameful the administration at Notre Dame won't do? They gave Barack Obama, the most pro-abortion, divisive, bigoted president in history (Am I exaggerating?) an honorary law degree and the privilege of being their 2009 commencement speaker. Obama's entourage met a crowd of protesters including a friend of mine who was arrested and had to spend the next year traveling back and forth from Texas to deal with the draconian tactics used against those arrested some of whom weren't even on campus. President John Jenkins, the baby-faced villain of that debacle is gone, but Notre Dame continues on its pathetic and anti-Catholic trajectory.

As I was sitting at the computer, my husband brought in a $400 check for me to endorse, our rebate from the state of Virginia because they had a surplus. Wow! I don't think that's ever happened before. Returning money to the taxpayers? What a thought! Can you imagine that happening with a Democrat administration? All their freebies go to illegals compliments of the raped taxpayers.

This morning, I learned that a Canadian priest who teaches at the SSPX seminary in Dillwyn, VA (St. Thomas Aquinas) is being deported, I think tomorrow. We know him because he occasionally offers Mass and hears Confessions at our chapel in Linden. The government flunkies won't allow him to renew his visa. Bishop Fellay, who lives at the seminary, is in the same boat, but his deportation is less imminent.

Why we need to fight illegal immigration!

Under this bill, American citizens might be better off if they become illegals and get their permanent temporary visas along with all the perks and tax credits.
