Scope of Phone Records Grab Goes Beyond Verizon

"In a new development, the National Security Agency and the FBI are tapping into the central servers of nine leading U.S. Internet companies in real time, obtaining audio and video chats, photographs, e-mails and other information, various news outlets reported. The program is code-named PRISM."

This is chilling. The technology exists to keep track of everything we do and say, where we are at every minute of the day, etc. You may say, "I have nothing to hide," but that begs the question. IT IS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS! And, as the IRS scandal shows, it is all used to persecute those whose politics differ from the administration's. This entire administration is corrupt from top to bottom. They make Richard Nixon look like a petty thief. Pray for our poor country.

Should Obama Be Able to Kill American Citizens....

...on his own authority and without due process. Eric Holder says he has the authority. But if a president can target an American citizen for death, and send a drone to kill him, why can't he send officers to arrest him? Our Constitution demands due process? No president has the right to kill citizens without trial. This is tyranny plain and simple and it bodes ill for the future if Congress does nothing to stop it.

We've already seen Americans murdered on our soil when the Clinton administration committed atrocities at Ruby Ridge and Waco. Enough is enough!

Terrorists should be tried under military law. The administration's decisions to send five terrorists to New York to be tried under civilian criminal law is insanity. Obama has already compromised the trial by saying that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind behind 9/11, will be tried, convicted, and executed. How can the man get the "fair trial" assured to him under American law? He and his cohorts are being treated like American citizens instead of like enemy combatants. Obama has set up a situation where these men may very well get off on technicalities. Is he just plain stupid or is it deliberate? Hard to imagine the man described as the smartest president we've ever had being so dumb or so crazy. So what's the alternative? Crazy like a fox?
