Catholic Culture Commentary: Most Unfortunate
Can you imagine the uproar if this study were done in the United States among a majority population of white women - say college coeds on ivy league campuses? But poor black African women are expendable. Let them get AIDS; it will reduce the excess population. Where's the uproar?
