Ginsburg and her "dissent collar"Justice is supposed to be blind. Lady Justice is always portrayed with a blindfold to indicate that she is impartial, unmoved by appearances. But clearly, some judges (like journalists who are supposed to report the news not make it or spin it) just can't resist legislating from the bench and making their opinions known in inappropriate circumstances. Ginsburg should know better at her age, but, well, she doesn't.
