Observing the scene: at 4:03 on the video a very rude Meredithe McNamara, sitting next to Dr Miriam Grossman, loudly sighs. Note also that Dr Grossman is dressed in white, Meredithe McNamara is dressed in black and the big black purse acts as a barrier between the two women.
