Illegal Alien with More Than 30 Prior Arrests Fatally Stabs Woman at Virginia Bus Stop, ICE Requests Virginia Authorities Not Release This Public Safety Threat
The vicious stabbing of Stephanie Minter who was found dead at a bus stop on February 25th in Hybla Valley shook me. My family lived in Hybla Valley for thirty years less than half a mile from Route 1. We used to walk over to the Seven 11 in Mount Vernon Square. The Arlington Drive bus stop was only a few miles south.
I didn't take the bus often, but occasionally rode to the Huntington metro station by bus because parking there was often scarce. One summer we had a Christendom College student living with us while she interned at the diocesan paper, the Arlington Catholic Herald. She took the bus to work every day!
Unfortunately, Stephanie's alleged killer exited the bus at the same stop and apparently attacked her for no reason stabbing her multiple times. Like Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska, Stephanie died at the scene while her murderer walked away leaving her to bleed out. Was he smirking as he did so like in the photo above?
The accused, Abdul Jalloh, like so many involved in these horrific crimes, was an illegal alien with a rap sheet a mile long. From the above article:

Fairfax County has a history of refusing to honor immigration detainers. In late 2025, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador, Marvin Morales-Ortez, killed a man just a day after a Fairfax County jail failed to honor an immigration detainer ICE had placed on him. If ICE had been able to do their job another Fairfax County citizen would be alive! And what now?
Spanberger has instructed Virginia law enforcement not to cooperate with ICE and she has declared Virginia a "sanctuary state." Will Fairfax County honor the current detainer against Jallah or release him to kill again?
ICE lodged a detainer against Jallah in 2020 that obviously was ignored. He should have been deported then. He wasn't and Stephanie Minter is dead and her family grieving like Iryana's mother who openly wept during the State of the Union address.
Now I ask...Have you heard of Stephanie Minter? Several people I questioned had no idea what I was talking about. Everyone in the country knows the names of criminal insurrectionists busy as little termites stalking and targeting ICE when their actions lead to their deaths. The Democrats own the murders of our citizens by these violent monsters. They welcomed them into our country and their Soros-backed prosecutors gave get-out-of-jail free cards.
Spanberger is a radical who favors ripping babies limb from limb until birth. And she obviously is a-okay releasing criminals like Jalloh and Morales-Ortez. Michael Hichborn got it right when he portrayed her as the White Witch of Narnia.
Spanberger asked three questions when she gave her response to Trump's State of the Union address. One was "Do you feel safer?" I was shocked she would say that because the obvious answer is "Yes! President Trump has made us safer." His administration has deported numerous violent criminals and targeted the drug cartels and sex traffickers who are killing and molesting our children.
Democrats like Spanberger, on the other hand, are turning our country over to violent rioters and murdering criminal illegals. Spanberger owns the murder of Stephanie Minter. Ironically, she signed her ICE-hating order after this vicious murder which would not have happened if he had been detained and deported by ICE.
Let's face it folks, the Democrats hate us! They didn't stand when Trump asked who in Congress thought the first duty of government was to protect American citizens not illegal aliens. Not only did the Democrats remain seated, but the grifter, Ilhan Omar who is apparently one of those stealing from the taxpayers made a fool of herself with her outburst.
“We are calling on Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger and Virginia's sanctuary politicians to commit to not releasing this murderer and violent career criminal from their jail without notifying ICE,” said Deputy Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. “This illegal alien’s murder of an innocent, beautiful American woman came less than 24 hours before Governor Spanberger’s demonization of ICE law enforcement. This heinous criminal is a perfect example of why we need cooperation from sanctuary jurisdictions and the importance of third country removals for the safety of the American people.”
How many more murders will you enable, Abigail?
Virginians, VOTE NO on April 21st against the Democrats' gerrymandering to give them a ten to one advantage in the next general election. At present the vote is on hold while the two sides argue in court. But if the election goes forward, Virginians need to get out and vote NO. Don't let the Commonwealth become a Democrat death star. Republicans who stayed home gave us the disaster of Spanberger and her gang (including Jay Jones as Attorney General who fantasized about murdering fellow state rep Todd Gilbert). Please don't do it again! Vote to protect other Virginians like murder victim Stephanie Minter.
